HT201079 Multiple adults in family group causing payment mayhem!

Hi,
Is there any way that we can set our family sharing up so that the adults in the group can pay for their own purchases? Currently it seems to only allow the organiser to pay for things, which is silly when most of the members of my family are grown up and have their own money. Yet it also seems silly to dissolve the family group and buy the same movies multiple times when we all live under the same roof. Please help!

Yes. If you are not the Family Organizer, just put some credit on your own account by redeeming a gift card. Then purchases made by you will be charged against your credit rather than to the Organizer's credit card.

Family sharing payments are all managed by the Organizer, and only the billing information on that account can be used to pay for an iTunes purchase. Take a look at this info from the following article:
Family purchases and payments
With Family Sharing, one adult in the family—the family organizer—agrees to pay for any iTunes, iBooks, and App Store purchases that other family members initiate while they're part of the family group. This also includes ongoing subscription purchases initiated by family members, such as iCloud storage, iTunes Match, and Newsstand subscriptions.
If the members of the Family have credits or have iTunes Gift cards redeemed, that balance gets used first so an option you all have is to apply iTunes credit in some way to these member accounts:
After you set up your family, any time a family member initiates a new purchase it will be billed directly to your account unless that family member has gift or store credit. First, their store credit will be used to pay the partial or total bill. The remainder will bill to the family organizer's card.

How do I make the parchase, as promoted by the system (others used your card to make purchases)?

Are you trying to add more users or groups through Group Policy Management Security Filtering tab?
Try right clicking on the policy and then edit
Then in Editor Right click on the name of the policy and Properties
Security tab and add user or group from this tab. Just make sure if you are adding user or groups "Select this object type" has
the correct option also "From this Location" is set to your entire directory not the local server.
Update us with the above.

What happens to children Apple ID when the organizer disband the family group? Can they be recovered?

I have made a mistake while creating a family group: I created a wrong name with a wrong birthday (2014). We are 6 in our family (4 children) so, in order to add the last member, I need to delete this wrong name. However, because his age is below 13 (0 years) he cannot be deleted.
I am considering to disband the family group, create a new one, to add the already created children Apple IDs and to create and add the last family member.
Do you think that already created children Apple IDs maybe "detached" to a family group and "reattached" again by the method described above?

I doubt it but I haven't seen any documentation on that. Also, just so you are aware, you can only switch to a different family group twice per year. A number of people have found that they were inadvertently locked out of Family Sharing for a year by removing then re-adding family members during the Family Sharing setup. If might be worth your while to give Apple support a call to fully understand the implications the changes you are considering.

Meenakshi, You can group the payment request with payment method 'wire'. For grouping them you have to fulfill the following criteria:
1. On the payment method the 'single payment' should not be checked. This is normally the case and in most situations people realize this after lot of failed efforts to find why it is not grouping.
2. On the Business Partner master data you should not have checked 'individual payment' in the 'Payment details' TAB under each company code.(BP role 'Counterparty'
3.In the FRFT screen (if you are doing bank-to-bank transfers and for which you don't need Business Partners) the 'individual payment' should not be checked
4. Onthe BP master data, if you select 'same direction' payment requests flowing in one direction (outflow or inflow) can only be grouped. sometime you would need to group both inflow and outflow (for e.g. In case of commercial paper when you invest, you have to pay only the net amount (Principal - Interest). However SAP generates two different flows - Principal which is outflow, Interest which is inflow.)
5. On the Transaction, in the Payment details TAB you have a slew of options to group - All within Treasury can be grouped, All of a Product category can be grouped, Only flows from an ID no. etc. etc.
6. On the transaction again in the payment details TAB see to it and that you have not checked 'individual payment'.

Children showing up as Adults on Family Share

My children keep showing up as adults on Family Share. I've looked everywhere to try to correct this but haven't found anything. Is there a way to correct this and actually have them listed as children (or even the student feature would be fine)? PLEASE HELP!!!

As far as I know only the family organiser can create child ids as part of the family - I don't think that you can change existing accounts to be child accounts, they will remain as adults.

Incase of difference in vendor payments(overpayment / underpayment), tolerance group assigned in the vendor master determines whether the difference has to be allowed or not.
Assignment of tolerance group in vendor master is optional. General tolarance for Vendors is set in OBA3 transaction in configuration.

Details: When a logout was followed by an immediate login, sometimes the server would throw duplicate session detected errors. This was because when logout happened, a fire-and-forget disconnect message was sent to the server that established a new session, and if the subsequent login happened before disconnect ACK returned from the server, that would establish another session and hence the error. The fix is to insert a slight delay between disconnect and ResultEvent dispatching. This way, disconnect has a chance to return before a login is performed.

You've got an incompatible Logitech driver and java was incompletely uninstalled.
You may have a problem with the Wacom driver.
I don't know if fixing those things will help.
There also a few window server errors, but I don't know if they are causal.
If you can note the time of the hangs, that might help narrow it down in the logs.

Yes, but it's not usually recommended to share an iCloud account within a family. If you do, any data you sync with iCloud will be merged and you, for example, will end up with each other's contacts and calendars on your devices. Also, any action taken on one device (such as adding or deleting a contact) will be replicated on the other devices. You will also all be sharing the same 5GB of free storage for all your data and device backups.
Normally it's best to use separate iCloud accounts for each person's devices. This will keep your data separated, and allow each person to have their own free 5GB of storage. You can continue to share the same iTunes ID within the family; the ID you use for iCloud does not need to be the same as the one your use for iTunes purchasing. (Each person should also use a separate ID on their devices for iMessage and FaceTime to avoid getting each other's text messages and FaceTime calls.)

The Profile Manager is for all versions of Firefox you have installed - every Profile that is listed in the '''profiles.ini''' file will appear there. The location of the Profile folders has no effect on what the Profile Manager dialog window shows. There is no way to set it up relative to one program installation.
Best thing to do is to have separate desktop shortcuts for each Profile / Firefox-version you want to use.
