HT201195 how to redeem an iTunes card

I have credit from an iTunes card in my account but I don't know how to redeem it, I already used it once.

If you've already redeemed the card onto your account then you don't need to redeem it again - a card can only be redeemed once, any of it's value that you haven't spent should show in your account's balance. If you want to spend it (you can't use your balance for gifting) then click on the price of the item that you want to buy, and the purchase price should be deducted from your balance.
How purchases are billed : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5582
When making purchases, content credits are used first, followed by Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account is then charged for any remaining balance.
