No, that's actually a different number. If you've damaged the activation code while scratching the ink off, you can write to iTunes Store Customer support. Just provide your card's serial number (usually starts with 3 letters and followed by numbers, for example: GCA1234567678.... EPY12314235346..... Depends on your country.)
Just visit http://expresslane.apple.com to send an email to the iTunes Store.

barcodes wil be generated in the printer itself, if you give <BC>&HD_GEN-MATERIAL_NUMBER&<> then you have a value for "Barcode" .

Print Unique Indicator as a Barcode
The printing of unique indicators of elements (reference numbers of records, case indicators, or document numbers) as barcodes is controlled by SAPscript forms.
SAP delivers a common SAPscript form based on the SAP barcode type AUFNR for records, cases, documents and incoming post items.
To create another SAP barcode type, you can copy the SAPscript form RMPS_BARCODE and then adjust it to your own requirements. Then you have to define the new form using the following attribute names in the table SCMGPARAM:
From within a SAPscript form, a subroutine GET_BARCODE in the ABAP program QCJPERFO is called. Then the simple barcode contained there (First page, Next page, Last page) is printed as local variable symbol.

You can unlock it on another computer though the content will be wiped and I think that you need to put it into DFU mode e.g. see post https://discussions.apple.com/message/15385719#15385719 in thread https://discussions.apple.com/message/15385641#15385641 .

How can I get the PUK code for my SIM card?

I had to do a factory reset this morning on my DROID RAZR. As I was going through this afternoon setting everything up again, I saw that I could set a password for my SIM card. I thought it was asking me to create a password, not enter a default one. So needless to say, I locked myself out of my phone, and I need the PUK code. I cannot call, this is my only phone, and I cannot go to a local store today or tomorrow. I also cannot go the next two days without my phone. I've tried doing a chat, but because it's only sales that communicate through the chat, they were less than helpful and told me I can only fix this by going to a store, which I can't do.
So, can I chat with anyone to get my PUK code today via internet?

Why is this working for everyone, but me? When I follow these instructions (and many others that I've found in this community -- which has been helpful with other matters thus far) There is no PUK or SIM information. I have an (ESN) and my phone number. that's it. Help! I'm in a rabbit hole!

If all your creditcard details are correct, you should be able to login and make purchases.
Please note however, that the security code (CVC code) can be asked by apple on several occassions (f.e. when you're using a device for the first time) to confirm you're the credit card owner.

I am using function module 'POPUP_GET_VALUES' inorder to enter a barcode value in MIRO transaction.
When I stimulate(Stimulate button ) the MIRO , a popup comes and I enter the bar code and click enter, the popup disappears. Then when I click the Stimulate button once again ,the popup comes and NOW THE ENTERED BARCODE(entered barcode previously) SHOULD BE DISPLAYED.

There is no pop up. There is a window that is part of the installation process. If you entered a wrong number, like a redemption code, you would have wound up installing it as a trial. In that case, go to the Help menu in the editor and look for an option there.
If that isn't what you're talking about, you really need to explain in more detail.
