HT201209 I can enter my code . it says enter my  password when I do it does nothing. This happens over and over again . Even after sign into my account

I have two articles here that I believe will help you troubleshoot this issue. The first is about invalid codes for iTunes cards, and can be found here:

You will want to go over that article to make sure you don't have a card with an invalid code. The next article deals directly with repeated prompts to authorize the computer, and can be found right here:
