Thank you in advance for your replySorry, but you can't, if you live in Haiti. As you say yourself, there is no iTunes Store for Haiti and you are not allowed to use the iTunes Store of any other country.
If you live in a country where there is an iTunes Store, check to see if Apple sells physical gift cards in your country and if so purchase and redeem one of those. There is no way to purchase an electronic gift certificate from Apple without a credit card from the country whose iTunes Store you wish to use.

I need help ok my itunes account is saying I owe them like $39.36 or something,anyways I dont have any credit cards because of some fraud with my name so at the moment I dont have billing information and I dont know what to do about this? When you add a gift card balance to the Apple ID, it's available for the Apple ID.
Probably best to create unique Apple ID's for each... this will also make things easier in the future as purchases are eternally tied to the Apple ID they were purchased with. -

It is simply asking you to verify your account info. Select None for the CC.
It will still pay with your gift card balance. -

If you've redeemed the card and you are logged into your account on the phone, then your balance should be shown at the bottom of the Categories tab (or Featured or Top 25 tabs) in the App Store app - or similarly in the iTunes app at the bottom of the Music and Videos tabs.

I'll ask the Hosts to remove the code and you'll just have to hope that no one is able to redeem the code before you can.
As to the problem, what you normally should do when you have an iTunes card that has not been activated is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, or you don't know or can't get to the retailer, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a scan of the receipt

ITunes gift cards - how do you use them in the volume license store?
I am the IT admin at a K12 institution. I have two major issues.
First, I used my personal email address as the administrative user for the volume licensing program. Even though that account is used as an ADMINISTRATOR for the volume licensing program, I can't sign into the volume license store with it, because it's associated with the iTunes store. So I have a secondary email address. I tried adding that as a facilitator, but that can't be used because "it's associated with the iTunes store". I don't remember creating an account with that address, and I'm certain I've never used it to purchase anything. I can't delete it because Apple doesn't provide a way to do that.
Down to the 1st question: Is there any way to reassociate one of my two exisiting accounts as a volume license facilitator?
Second, I have a pile of iTunes gift cards that are supposed to be used for volume license purchases. When I tried to redeem the codes, it rejected them asking to have them entered in the iTunes store, which completely defeats the purpose of trying to buy volume licenses. Why would it reject money if it's on one piece of plastic instead of another?
Setting up these iPads has been a nightmare. Any help would be appreciated.You need to call Apple at 800.MY.APPLE when the computerized voice asks why you are calling say Enterprise, that will get you to the Education / Enterprise division of Apple and they will be able to help you sort this out.

Recycling used iTunes gift cards
I have a used iTunes gift card that I'd like to recycle. It says on the back of the card that it's made of ingeo - a plant based "plastic". I found their website but still don't know if I can just put the used card in with my plastics for recycling.
I love that Apple is using this product - I refuse to purchase gift cards because they are landfill-destined plastic. I'll have to make exceptions for companies like Apple that "go green" in this way. Just wish they promoted the fact moreso on the product and on their website.
Any help confirming how best to dispose of this card would be greatly appreciated.Ingeo or PLA is compostable at Industrial facilities, not a residential composter.
