When i was reedeeming a code for my itunes it said that it wasnt properly activated & to go to this website.

Help us to solve this problem.Depends on whether or not the machine is under warranty or not. If it is, just take it to an applestore and let them worry about it. So yeah . . . I got Photoshop for £70 odd and I can't find it on my computer . . . its also apparently redeemed and I can't find it in the system files. It also wont let me install it again as the one use code is already Redeemed. what should I do? am I just doing something wrong? how do I find it?

Check for .dll files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and C:\Program Files\iTunes and look for .dll files.
If you find QTMovie.DLL, or any other .dll files, move them to the desktop.
Reboot your computer.
Note: Depending on your operating system, you may only have one of the listed paths.
Uninstall and reinstall iTunes
Uninstall iTunes and all of its related components.
Reboot your computer. If you can't uninstall a piece of Apple software, try using the Microsoft Program Install and Uninstall Utility.
Re-download and reinstall iTunes 11.1.4.

What you normally should do when you have an iTunes card that has not been activated is go back the retailer from whom you purchased the card and discuss the problem with them. They should either correctly activate the card or give you a new one. If they refuse to help, as some retailers do, or you don't know or can't get to the retailer, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a scan of the receipt

The activation is supposed to be done at the Point Of Sale. If you know the retailer that sold you the card, take it up with them. If that doesn't work, contact iTunes Customer Service:
