HT201209 Itunes says it's been redeemed
Can anyone help me.
I can't use my iTunes card. It says it's been redeemed, but I can't seem to find the amount in my account. What do I do to find out if I entered it in wrong, and what do I do next. I'll be out $15 if I can't get this resolved.

You can enter the card umber into your iTunes account only once. Any balance left, will show up in your account, not on your card.

If you're not sure where some of the content you see in iTunes is stored, iTunes will also show you what it knows about your media in the Get Info window.
Select an item in iTunes and choose File > Get Info.
You can right-click on the 'Where' to get the option to Show in Finder (Mac OS X) or Show in Windows Explorer (Windows).

I was given a $20 iTunes Gift Card for my birthday, I setup a new Apple ID, redeemed my card and now Apple doesn't recognise my Apple ID and the $20 credit has disappeared. I've logged on using my Dad's Apple ID, but where has the $20 Gift Card gone? I try to redeem it again and get message that it has already been redeemed. Not impressed with Apple at all. I've sent 2 emails to their support, no response. I tried calling today and the call centre is closed.

No, but they can reset your password if you can convince them that you are the owner of the account. So have some proof available, like the credit card number, your addresss, birth date, etc.

I have an itunes gift card that i have had for quite a while, but i never used it. I just scratched off the foil to uncover the code, and when i tried to redeem it in itunes, i received a message that it had already been redeemed. What could have happened? Do cards ever expire?

iTunes will not use the redeemed gift cards on my account, I have a $30 credit and when I try to purchase a song it goes right to my credit card on file. Why does this keep happening???
Any time you've changed anything in your billing, it does this once to very things.

I just bought a new iphone and tried to load a brand enew gift card that was a present for Christmas. Whn I tried to redeem it, it said that it had already been redeemed. I scratched the label off the code myself.
The same thing happened to me and I keep getting placed on hold! My time is very expensive! And have already been place on hold a totoal of 12 hours! With still no answeres! I just want it credited directly! I will never ever buy anything from Apple ever again!! Switching to Verizon if they don't help me! Tired of all the ******** that they have put me under! And have not seen one happy customer that has actually been helped in this form! Makes me wonder!

A year ago Xmas I got 3 $10 gift cards, starting code on all 3 is xxmp, and even though I have not used them the computer says they have been used.

Good morning , I've tried to redeem my gift ? Yet told this has already been done.
All I want is to be able to send her the gift to her other email which she has iTunes account I've never had so much trouble trying to gift something . iTunes does not allow me to resend .
She hasn't lost it in spam it's iTunes account she has different email . And it says she has to wait for 71days before she can try to download ?? Can you cancel this gift for me and refund please.

My phone is officially unlocked by my previous service provider, and has been working fine, until today. It just crashed/froze, then switched itself off, then to a black screen with the apple logo
It remained this way for about 10 minutes before the timer circle icon appeared, then it switched off and then the apple icon reappeared... it repeated this cycle until I found out how to restore.
According to itunes I have successfully restored, but the phone is still doing same cycle when it's switched 'on'. Itunes told me when the phone restarts the phone would show in the icon bar, which it did, but the phone never restarted to a home screen. What am I doing wrong? Is there any hope? Or has the phone gone forever?Solved my issue by setting up a new account on my daughter's computer. Not 100% solved, but i was able to get the update on my 3GS.
