It did serve to definitively answer my most pressing
question, however, with this statement:

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

If you did not have Find My Phone enabled, and the thief configured his/her Apple ID on the phone then enabled Find My Phone, then the phone is truly useless to you.

I've never seen this issue, and I handle many iPads, of all versions. WiFi issues are generally local to the WiFi router - they are not all of the same quality, range, immunity to interference, etc. You have distance, building construction, and the biggie - interference.
At home, I use Apple routers, and have no issues with any of my WiFi enabled devices, computers, mobile devices, etc - even the lowly PeeCees. I have locations where I have Juniper Networks, as well as Aruba, and a few Netgears - all of them work as they should.
The cheaper routers, Linksys, D-Link, Seimens home units, and many other no name devices have caused issues of various kinds, and even connectivity.
I have no idea what Starbucks uses, but I always have a good connection, and I go there nearly every morning and get some work done, as well as play.
You could try changing channels, 2.4 to 5 Gigs, changing locations of the router. I have had to do all of these at one time or another over the many years that I have been a Network Engineer.

Need to know when CAN communication is off while using NI XNET 9862

I am using NI cDAQ 9178 with one of the modules being NI XNET 9862 for CAN. In my application, I need to know exactly when CAN stopped sending frames/signals after the 'wake up' and 12 volts supply to the module were turned off. On the front panel of the VI, the indicators for CAN data freeze as soon as CAN is off. But when I log all the data acquired to a CSV file with timestamps, there is no way to tell. When the communication if off, the last value acquired for all the signals get 'latched' and that's what is logged in the file. Is there a way to get some sort of flag for this?
I have attached images of my CAN related VIs to give an idea about the application.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't see any error handing in the Main.VI. Are you performing any error handling that might be able to provide information about communications or update failures?

i want to set up family sharing and i will be the organizer when setting up family sharing i am asked to use a valid payment method and i don't want to use any credit or debit cars so can i use iTunes Gift cards and iTunes Gifts as a payment method ?

You can't see a history of card redemptions, all you can do is view your account's balance (and purchase history). My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Stores and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
To view your account's purchase history, log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They will ask for a scan of the front and back sides of the card as well as a copy of the receipt for the purchase of the card.

Using Teststand, need to know how to select a different active x servers in the labview adapter configuration...

When I open TestStand using a seq. file, I can see all the VI's that are called, but when I try to open them for editing, I see this message;
"The labview adapter is currently configured to run tests in an environment that does not support editing VI's. In order to edit or create VI's, you must select a different labview Active X server in the lab view adapter environment"
So, I clicked on all the options allowed to me in the "Module Adapter" (is this the same as the drop down menu (by default)"Labview Standard Prototype adapters") but I was still unable to open the VI�s for editing�
Anyone know how or why?

You will find the option under Configure | Adapters...then select the labview and press the configure button.
So if you are not able to do this then it could be because your system doesn't have the LabVIEW development system or you do not have adminstrator rights (Teststand login) or it could be that your VI's have been saved without diagrams.
What are you logged in as?
Do you know if you have labVIEW?

You can make the Added column visible in the Library (Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks) if you right click the header bar in the right pane in the Library or use "Views > Show Columns"

No version of MS Word for OS X has ever supported Arabic, so you will have to use a different app. Mellel is best, but TextEdit, Nisus Writer, or Open/Neo/LibreOffice should also work.

It just means that the card has been redeemed - you can't see a list anywhere on an account a history of card redemptions on it.

Are you logged into the iTunes Store?
Can you see your username in the upper right of the iTunes Store window?
If not then log in.
