I have reedeemed itunes card on my iphone but it is not coming through on my ipad, which is same apple id it usually does.

I am finding that some of me emails (mainly from companies not my friends) are coming through to my iphone but not coming through to my iMac.

For quite a while now I have missed some important emails that have come through to my iphone but not downloaded to my iMac, its happening more and more recently. It is really fustrating, I have looked at my iMac and can't find anywhere to adjust the settings to let through the missing emails, the emails that are not coming to my home pc are normaly from large companies, some from my credit card company and comformation for hotel bookings etc, etc.

Problem might me with how your e.mail is set up if you're using POP3.
If you're using POP3 then you need to add "recent:" (without the quotation marks) before your username on both your iMac and your iPhone.
I use POP3 with Virgin Media and they have well documented help on this aspect.
This now works fine for me and I no longer miss any e.mails.

The simplel rule is: Anything in iTunes can be synced to your devices, but no music files on your devices, except your purchases, can be synced to your computer.

Found a fix on another thread that seemed to work.
Go into Messages preferences and uncheck "enable this account." Wait a few seconds, then recheck it.
Also disabled and re-enabled imessages on my 4S just for good measure.

IMessages are not coming through to iPad

Recently, my iMessages have not been coming through to my iPad. My sent messages will show up, but the received ones will not. I have check all of my Message settings, and they have not changed from what they were before. I've checked my Wifi connection and all other possibilities I can see, but I feel I am just missing something simple. Any ideas?

If you mean that you are not getting notified when a text comes in, go to Settings> Notification Center> Messages.

Phantom Podcasts they are on my IPhone but not visible through ITunes sync

I have three podcast (NYT Front page, NPR Most Email Stories & This American Life that were synced on Monday morning 9/14) that I thought I deleted from my IPhone (ver. 3.1) and they no longer show up when I'm synced with ITunes 9 however still show up on my IPhone. I listen to a lot of podcasts and manually sync (and delete) everything. I've deleted other podcasts since ver 3.1 but for some reason these are still there. Am I able to delete directly from my IPhone or only thru ITunes. Why are they not showing up in ITunes as being on my IPhone.

iTunes will only transfer purchases back to your computer using the iTunes > File > Transfer purchases from XXX's iPhone. It will not transfer playlists or non-purchased songs.

TS2755 Texts from other iphone users not coming through while roaming.

I am roaming daily in the US. Ever since I upgraded to ios 7 my phone won't receive any texts from other iphone users unless I am on wifi. Texts do come through from non-iphone users. I do have cellular data shut off while roaming (I don't want to be charged roaming fees for facebook notifications, emails, etc.) but this never stopped texts from arriving before updating. I pay $20 a month to text from the US and want to be able to utilize this feature! Any suggestions?

Settings -> Messages --> see what is checked for receiving messages
Does your iPad have 3G/4G?
If not then most likely the messages are going to your Apple ID email
You can uncheck that and just leave your number checked
It should then come to your phone

ICal appts syncing from Mac to iPhone, but not from Mac to iPad.

Events ARE syncing from iPad to Mac, iPad to iPhone and iPhone to iPad.
All devices are on most updated OS and are syncing through iCloud.

Captivate narration not coming through on iPad

Hello,
I created a Captivate project in Captivate 7.0. My project includes a music introduction (MP3 file) on the first slide and narration on the subsequent slides. On my desktop, the project and sound (music and narration) runs properly. However, on my iPad, neither my music introduction on the first slide nor my narration on subsequent slides comes in. I confirmed I do not have "mute" on and that my volume is up.
Do you have any ideas?

Have you tried a reset which is similar to a computer restart and is done by pressing and holding the home button and the sleep/wake or on/off button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo and then release?

IPhone is not coming up after 4.0.2

After upgrading to 4.0.2. my iPhone is not coming up. It is showing icon to connect to iTunes. I connected with iTunes and click on restore. Now iPhone is recovery mode but not coming up.
After disconnect and reconnect with iTunes, Now iTunes is not reconizing iPhone 3GS. I tried iTouch with same USB port, iTouch is working fine but iPhone is not being reconized.
Suggest how to restore iPhone ????

This happened to mine after going to 4.0.1. I was able to restore it to factory on another PC and then go back to my original PC and restore from a back up and get it back up and running.

Welcome to the HP Support forums. I understand that when trying to print from your laptop that you get a communication error message.
To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:
1)       How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet or wireless)?
2)      When you installed the printer on your laptop did you set it up with a USB cable? If yes, did you switch the connection type on the laptop from USB cable to ethernet/wireless?
3)      What version of Windows operating system are you running on the laptop (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8, etc)?
4)      When printing from your iPhone are you using Apple's AirPrint or HP's ePrint app?

On my mac i accidentally deleted all my documents and now i cant play my songs from itunes but can on my phone and my photos are there but when i open them they are not but i can see some on my iphone but not all. How do i get these back or are they lost?

I accidentally dleted all my documents and emptyed the trash can. I can play my music on my iphone but not through my mac because it says it cant locate the file/original and my photos are on my computer but when i double click to open them they come up with an ! however some of the photos are on my iphone but just the ones i took using the camera function. Can i get this stuff back or it lost forever.....

At the AT&T store. Tried using iCloud but only 120 songs were transferred and when I access my iTunes account now it only shows 120 and not the 450 anymore that I purchased on my old phone. Tried to sync again from the phone to iTunes and it still not working.
I purchased everything under the same apple ID account I called apple support and spent almost 2 hours with tech support for assistance and we got disconected and they never called me back.
I'm at the point where I'm about to never purchase anything anymore from apple go to another company retrieve every single charge made on my bank account from iTunes and file a law suit against the company. Removing albums from iPhone but not iTunes

I have the 16gb iPhone and would need to free up space on the device. I need to delete albums from the iPhone but not the iTunes library.

You have been manually managing music and videos from the start, or your switched to this from syncing?
When switching from syncing to manually manage, all iTunes content on your iPhone should be erased first.
Since you are manually managing music and videos selected, you manually drag music and videos from your iTunes library to your iPhone in the iTunes source list to add music and videos to your iPhone. To remove music and videos from your iPhone, you need to delete the music and videos from your iPhone.
Open your iPhone under devices in the iTunes source list - select the right facing arrow pointing it down, which will reveal Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc. Select Music to reveal all music that is available on your iPhone. Select the music that you want to remove from your iPhone followed by delete.
In regards to syncing - when syncing selected playlists, you remove songs from the playlist or playlists in iTunes that is selected under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences to be transferred to your iPhone followed by a sync to remove the songs from your iPhone. If you want to keep the music in your iTunes playlists in iTunes but remove select songs from your iPhone only, select sync only checked songs and videos under the Summary tab for your iPhone sync preferences. Uncheck the songs that you want removed from your iPhone in the playlists in iTunes followed by a sync. To remove an entire playlist from your iPhone, deselect the playlist under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences followed by a sync.
