Hi guys I got a gift card over the festive season and when I'm trying to redeem it all it says is it's not activated properly please tell me what to do

Are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it form and ask them to activate it propery ?     Welcome to the Apple Community.
    When your account becomes disabled, Apple provides the following recommendation:
    "This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
    Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
    Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
    In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)

    It sounds like you're seeing an alert message when opening Mail on your iOS devices. Do you have multiple email accounts setup on the devices?     It sounds like you are not able to redeem your iTunes gift card.  I recommend reviewing the following steps when you are getting an alert message stating that the code is "inactive" or "invalid":
    Make sure you've entered the code exactly as it appears on your card. If the code is illegible, try to enter the code as best as you can. Invalid code messages typically mean that the card activation number may have been mistyped. Read your code carefully. The following letters and numbers can look very similar:
    The letter A and the letter H
    The letter B and the number 8
    The letter D and the number 0
    The letter E and the number 3
    The letter G and the number 6
    The letter H and the letter W
    The letter J and the number 1
    The letter M and the letter N
    The letter O and the number 0
    The letter P and the letter F
    The letter Q and the letter O
    The letter Q and the number 0
    The letter S and the number 5
    The letter S and the number 8
    The letter V and the letter U
    The letter Z and the number 2

    Do you have a valid credit card on file for your account?  Apple does not allow using a store credit balance to purchase gifts.

But now I don't know where I can get my Gift Card I purchased on my iPhone. I checked my emails on my PC nothing there.     Great question. I apologize for our delayed response.
    Per our Price Match Guarantee, it covers one price match per item per customer; as you stated you already received a price match at the time of sale, it would not be eligible for a second price match. The item is still within the Holiday Return & Exchange Promise timeline, however.
    If it did qualify, just the receipt and proof of new sale price would have sufficed to process the credit.
