Whenever I try to redeem my itunes gift card on my ipod it keeps prompting me to "hit continue and sign in" Even after I sign in the same "sign in" screen keeps popping up. What do I do?

I am having the same issue when on my Macbook pro. However when i access the iTunes store from my iPhone and click "Redeem" it prompts me to sign in and works no problem. But when I do the same on my laptop the sign-in popup just keeps appearing and I never get to the redeem page. It's very strange.
If anyone has figured this out please reply.

Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in with your current Apple ID
Change the Apple ID to the old one and save changes.
Sign in on the device with the same password for your account.
After logging in and signing out of Facetime, Messages, iCloud and itunes and app store, go back to Apple ID.com and change it back to your normal Apple ID.
Go to your email account and reverify your account by clicking on the Verify now link
Now re-login to those services with your normal Apple ID and password.

Keychain Login keeps popping up, what do I do?

Every time I use my MacPro lately, a message keeps popping up asking me for my keychain login for different applications like Itunes and Chrome. It even pops up every 10 or so minutes when I'm using it. I tried deleting everything from Keychain access, but nothing has changed, so what do I do?

Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.
From the menu bar, select
Keychain Access ▹ Preferences ▹ First Aid
If the box marked Keep login keychain unlocked is not checked, check it.
Select
Keychain Access ▹ Keychain First Aid
from the menu bar and repair the keychain. Quit Keychain Access.

Since installing yosemite the colors are washed out and whenever I restart the machine it reverts to the yosemite screensaver even though i have set a different desktop picture.

Safari in ipad prompts the location every time even after User accepts it.

We developed an application which uses HTML5 geo location to track down the user's location. When the application is launched, safari prompts the user asking for the permission whether the current location can be used or not. This happens for two times continuously as per apple documentation.
However for the given application, it happens more frequently even after user accepting to share the location.
Safari prompts it whenever user moves to NEW location.
Is this a known issue? Is there any workaround for this??
Also please let us know if there is a documentation which describes the problem with the location prompt in more detail?

How do you keep junk mail from appearing even after I have hit the "junk" button when it appeared the first time?

I have several email accounts that come to my mac. When junk appears I hit the junk button. Does it take awhile to train the junk or is there a way to set up mail so that it automatically goes to junk and does not appear at all in my inbox?
It's so time consuming to get rid of this stuff.

Hello, it does take time to train it.
You can setup rules if there's any constancy, like I find that 99.999% of mail from yahoo is junk, so I have a Rule setup to just get rid of it permanently, I never see them at all...
But you could have it be If Subject contains Ciagra, Perform the following functions, Mark as Junk... or whatever.

I am trying to redeem a gift card. I type in the code, and when I hit redeem, nothing happens - it freezes; I can't even close it out. What can I do to get the money to my account?

Are you able to take it back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ?
