I went to Update my I phone (4) and It was updating then said it could not finish the update left my phone on the black apple after 40 mins went to recovery mode .. it said restore it but everytime I try it said error 18 what can i do?Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. Also, check your hosts file to verify that it's not blocking iTunes from communicating with the update server. See the steps under the heading "Blocked by configuration (Mac OS X / Windows) > Rebuild network information > Mac OS X > The hosts file may also be blocking the iTunes Store." If you have software used to perform unauthorized modifications to the iOS device, uninstall this software prior to editing the hosts file to prevent that software from automatically modifying the hosts file again on restart.

It is a mute point now. PSE12 finally failed to the point it locked up the MAC. I had to restore the MAC OS from backup to a point before the PSE12 update.
The MAC now operates correctly and so does PSE12. I don't think I'll be updating PSE any time soon. -

I Am using ODI 11g to load data from Oracel to Oracel database using different schemas as a source to load facts.
for the first time its loading sucessfully and when i try to open the same interface to see the mapping its showing the errror like *"Internam error Occured mapping can not be opened"*
Tis is very urgent to resolve as per my project neeed.
Please suggest steps : how to resolve the issue.

sriWhile the iTunes app is being updated, you are correct, it cannot be opened.
This is true of all Apple apps on your Mac.
iTunes is not very large compared to other apps. Let it update, then open it. -
I just got an apple at&t iphone 4 and I have it unlocked. But I want to connect it to t-mobile, so I trimmed my sim card and once the phone was unlocked I inserted the sim and it says no sim, activation error. What can I do to fix this? What is wrong?

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If it does not resolve the issue, the device is permanently damaged and will require replacement. -

I run Windows 8.1. I have received the result after several attempts uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, "ITunes was not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes.
