I Tried for three days to download iOS 6 and kept getting error 1403. I finally went to the apple store and they couldn't figure it out either.
I finally got it to download and all I did different from the other 100 times was I went into settings and on the Bluetooth setting I put NO. Not sure if that's what did it but that was the only thing different that I did.

Plug-in page tells me all plug-ins are up to date, but I keep getting error messages from Firefox telling me they are not and are unstable

I keep getting error messages stating that my Adobe Flash is out of date and vulnerable. I go to the Add-ons Manager, click "update" and it takes me to the plug-in page which shows it's up to date!! Same with Java DT and Shockwave Flash. How can I update if I have the latest versions already!?! I am inclined to just allow the plug-ins to work but don't want my pc to become vulnerable. iDVD do not copy Your material - only points to where it is stored. So if on any external hard disks, USB-memories, CDs or DVDs are missing - assetts are broken.
Or if You changed location of any material or directed iPhoto or iTunes or GarageBand to a new Library - Then iMovie/iDVD also get's lost.

I'm using an HP Officejet J6480 All in One Printer on a Windows 7 64 Bit machine. The printer works great but I kept getting error messages from the HP Solutions Center every 15 seconds that popped up making it impossible to do work on my laptop so I uninstalled the Solutions Center to try to fix the problem. Now the printer won't print. Is there a way to re-install the Solutions Center and get rid of the pop up error messages?

HT2045 I'm trying to sync an audiobook from iTunes (iPod Shuffle) but I keep getting error message.

I bought an iPod Shuffle today and trying to sync 1 audiobook. Keep getting error message. If I try again, it looks like it's ok but then the device won't play it... What can I do?

Hoping somone can help me with this. I've been struggling for a while and must get this finished. I am using BC ecommerce and PayPal standard. I have set up my item, templates, etc. I'm testing the function and can get through until the checkout. When I try to checkout, I get an error message that says:
"ERROR: You have deleted your web form. Please login to the Admin panel of your website and remove the previously submitted form from the web page you last visited. You will need to recreate this web form by going to Modules -> Webforms. After recreating simply insert this new web form into the web page and your web form should work properly."
I edited the Registration - Buy template to only include PayPal as the payment method (though I don't see how this form functions).
I followed the instructions on the kb site to set up PP standard (PDT token and all that) and have set that up in the gateway section.
I can get to the item, add it to the cart, get to the cart, checkout button brings me to the checkout page, but then stuck.
I'd appreciate any help you can offer as I'm behind on this now. Thank you

Thank you for your quick reply Liam! You know, I checked the web forms list when I got that error message and the form isn't there. I was having trouble the other day when another of my forms kept getting deleted.
Sorry if this is a stupid question (I'm a BC newbie) but I want to be sure so I can get this project finished... The proper workflow would be to create this form myself in Web Forms then insert it into the Registration - Buy template using the modules toolbox?

just got a MacBook pro 2008 from a friend who bought it online. When it came we tested it and it was working. The person he wanted to supply changed his mind and my friend left the mac in the office cabinet since late last year. I decided to buy it and when I tried to turn it on it wouldn't. I charged the battery fully and checked if it was ok. I tried smc and nvram reset yet no sound or beep or any sign of life. There are no apple store around where I live in Nigeria now.

Downgrading to a previous version of iOS is not supported. Edit out the "gs.apple.com" redirect from your hosts file, and then restart the computer for the host file changes to take affect. For an issue like that you should either call the Apple help line or (and this is the option I use most often, and with good success) go to apples support page. There you can search for answered questions and if you dont find an answer then you can write a question and hope it gets answered. There are many people on that page that are quite good at trouble shooting and suggesting fixes. To find the support page go to apple.com and in the upper right side of the tool bar of Apples page theres the word support, the rest is easy. Good luck.
