I had forgotten my passcode on my phone and finally it said that my iPhone was disabled and that it needed to be connected to iTunes. Well for it to connect to iTunes it needed for me to respond on my iPhone but my iPhone is disabled! I'm so frustrated. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Because of an interrupted sync, my iPod is not being recognized by my Mac, or rather, iTunes tells me that my iPod is "corrupted" and needs to be restored. But when I try to restore it, iTunes tells me that it can't complete the operation because the iPod is "busy". Help!

I synced my iPhone 4, but it keeps getting the red exclamation points and an error message when I try to download the latest software. And, it won't let me restore the phone without the latest software. I'm stuck.
Then, this morning, the phone locked up completely. I got it to turn off finally, by holding down the power button and home button at the same time for more than 10 seconds. But still no luck with the software download.
It's Thanksgiving, and can't go to Apple.
My phone is my only telephone (no home phone), and I use it to keep track of two email addresses (personal and work). So I'm anxious to have it fully operational.

If you have forgotten your Restrictions code, then follow the instructions
below but DO NOT restore any previous backup. If you do then you will
simply be restoring the old Restrictions code you have forgotten. This
same warning applies if you need to restore a clean system.
A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and re-sync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. 2. Connect your device to your computer.
3. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
4. Select the Summary tab.
5. Select the Restore option.
6. When prompted to back up your settings before restoring, select the Back Up
option (see in the image below). If you have just backed up the device, it is not
necessary to create another.
7. Select the Restore option when iTunes prompts you (as long as you've backed up,
you should not have to worry about restoring your iOS device).
8. When the restore process has completed, the device restarts and displays the Apple

I would say yes. I once had the same problem (iPhone 5, IOS 7) and first restored to factory settings and after that from iCloud backup.
It worked very well. -

Well i updated my iphone 4s to ios 7.2 and i was recently busy at the time so i put in something i thought i could remember as my password/passcode.I was wrong i have no idea what it is I tried putting the device in DFU mode and restoring it but an error has occured every time i try. Hi, this is the first time I've tried to download something off iTunes, my account defiantly has money on it and all is okay. Then, I go to type my password and the security questions pop up, I've forgotten both my answers and am now stuck! Does anyone know what I should do? I've tried the link but it won't let me change the questions as I need to know the answers.

and click on Password & Security there should be a link in blue saying
"Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to...."

Ok I got my computer worked on to remove viruses so I had to reinstal itunes now everythings gone from my itunes tried to sync my ipod it won't sync my music ,apps, or pictures back to itunes it says an ipod should only be synced with one itunes library and im supposed to have only one it gives me a choice to erase and sync or tranfer purchases so I click tranfer purchases so I get a error message itunes was unable to load class information from sync services Reconnect or try later I am not sure what to do.
