If you had read the User Guide when you got your phone, you would have learned that Apple recommends you synch your contacts for safekeeping to your computer (Outlook, Address Book) or a cloud service. Using the phone as your only source of your contacts is foolish as the phone can easily be lost, damaged, stolen, or the data become corrupt.
If you've been using your phone as strongly recommended, your contacts are safe and sound on your computer or cloud service ready to be synched back to your phone. Of course, you should be backing up your computer regularly as well.
If you haven't been doing this, your contacts are likely gone. -

This year, the government has canceled the daylight saving time , that's why happening this problem to me so I changed the time zone in iPhone from Cairo,Egypt (GMT+2 with daylight saving) to Harare,Zimbabwe (GMT+2 without daylight saving , no change in time from summer & winter) & now working good, no change in time after sync. , But it's very stupid thing from apple that they didn't add an option in time setting to enable or disable the daylight saving time like any other mobile.

I did just that, good idea.
I stated in my feedback message that I feel it disturbing that someone handling my iPhone, but not having the passcode, can take photos with my phone. Photos of --<sigh>--Lord knows what. While the phone's usually in my pocket or otherwise close to my person, that's not always the case.
Now, I'll grant that it is nice to have the option to allow someone to take a photo with my phone without also giving them access to everything else. In fact, that's a very nice little tidbit. I'd just like to have the flexibility to prevent people from taking pics with my phone, should they happen to have it in hand and feel the urge to add to my camera roll even without my approval. There's real opportunity for mischief in this. -

In Settings Wi-Fi does not activate . Please suggest me what to do? Even in General , Wi-Fi does not have address there is writtern N/AHad similar problem. I unpluged my Wi-Fi roughter for maybe 10 seconds and turned it back on, checked my 4s and Wi-Fi was working.

Did you already try these steps?
Restart the iPhone.
Try another means of reaching the activation server and attempt to activate.

Restore the iPhone.

I updated via my laptop and always kept the latest version on there.
I may delete my iTunes and then re-install just to make sure it is the most up to date version but I am 99% sure it is.
The update for my phone has worked...it is running off the iOS6.0.1 but just without all my old data (as I didnt back it to iCloud but iTunes instead).
Also, as of about 10 minutes ago my iTunes isn't functioning properly.
Will see if re-installing iTunes helps or not, seems like my files are gone for good though.
I am getting the iPhone 5 next week, hence my last minute rush to update all software...seems to have backfired somewhat! -
I have tried syncing and re syncing and nothing. I've tried holding the home and top button and doing a hard shut down and nothing. I can't think of anything else to do.
Does a spotlight search on the device indicate the app is installed?

You will have to restore the phone and set up as New. See: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212. The part you need is near the bottom, "If you have never synced your device with iTunes...". You will lose any content that is not backed up in iCloud.

You have to delete the corrupt back-up so iTunes can at least back-up the current data on the iPhone and then restore it. Search these forums, there a several good posts on how to delete the corrupt back-up.
