I installed iOS7 Beta a few months ago and now that the real iOS7 is out my phone has locked and it says that the current version of iOS I'm running has expired. I cant access anything on my phone, and when I plug it into iTunes it says I'm up to date. My iTunes is up to date. I have an iPhone4

Yes, I code Apps for a company, and when iOS7 beta was available everyone in tho office switched to it. I dont do the builds etc so the update wasnt done on my machine. So my machine hasn't got the developer privilages.

I downloaded and installed ios7 on my iPhone 4s. I am not a developer and thus dont have an developer id. I was told by a friend that the ios7 beta was available to all and thus I downloaded it. Now my phone is stuck on a screen which reads that my phone cant be activated as it is not registered. When I plug in my phone to my laptop, itunes reads the same message. How do I activate my phone or restore it to the previous ios? Im stuck.

Hi,
Connect your device to iTunes, and click on Restore, let the process work and then use the menu File > Device > Restore from Backup to get all your things back.

Connect the phone to your computer and then sync it with iTunes perhaps.

Restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer. Connect iPhone to computer with USB cable. Hold both Home and Power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually about 20 seconds time of holding both buttons. Click the Update or Restore button that iTunes offers.

Obviously since you have iOS 7 you're a developer. As a developer, you signed a NDA with Apple not to discuss the iOS on a public forum. Please log in to the Developer Forum using your credentials and ask for help there, lest you risk having your credentials terminated.

If you are a Registered Developer you should be posting in the appropriate forums.

You need to enter the Apple ID and password that was used to set up/activate the phone. There is no way around this.

The only legal way to get iOS 7 beta is by way of the Apple developer program. It is BETA, still has numerous bugs and issues, and will be changing frequently over the next few weeks, and isn't ready or available for general users as of yet. If you are not an app developer, you have no business downloading it and would likely wreck your phone by doing so. It would also void your warranty.

That's odd.
Try this: Unplug your Time Capsule and your router. On your MBP, click the Wi-Fi icon and select "Open Network Preferences".
Click the lock icon to authenticate, then click the "gear" and select "set service order". Wherever AirPort (or Wi-Fi - I forget what Snow Leopard calls it) appears, drag it elsewhere in the list. Click OK, then Apply, then power up your router and TC.
If that doesn't result in any change, repeat the above but try making the service(s) you do not need "inactive".
The purpose of this is to reset or at least change your Network Preferences, which somehow got confused upon upgrading to SL.
