i downloaded the new software update to my iphone but the iphone has turned off and show a black page with the icon of itunes and usb i connect the iphone to the laptop and update itunes but when i open it ,it show me this massege "itunes couldnt contact the iphone software update server because you are not connected to the internet" help pleaseeee !!

The device is in recovery mode. This will require connecting to a computer running iTunes and restoring the device.
Regarding the error being displayed in iTunes, disable any security software on the compuer (particularly firewalls) and try again.

Game center ios7 problems (achievements out of sync)

There are many serious bugs in Game Center for iOS7. None of the deficiencies of GC on iOS6 were addressed, and new crashes, hangs, and other bugs were added. It's as if Apple couldn't care less that games are the single biggest category of apps selling all those iPads and other iOS devices. But for this post, I will focus on one issue in particular.
Game Center reports inconsistent achievements across my many iOS + Mac devices. When I win an achievement once, I expect and demand that GC actually credit me for it permanently. In many instances, the achievement shows in GC on the device where I won the achievement, but it does not show on GC on any other device or computer. Note that I'm NOT talking about viewing achievements within a given application, I'm just talking about GC itself. This is NOT a problem of an individual game, it is a problem with the GC architecture. When I see a GC notification pop up that I've won an achievement, I expect that achievement to actually show in GC, both on the current device, and on every other device.
This is not a problem with replication lag. I've tried waiting for days to see achievements appear across devices -- they don't. I've tried force quitting GC and every game on the system, then re-launching GC, only to see exactly what I saw before -- different scores on different devices.
There are even inconsistencies on a single device. Different screens within GC show different scores. Some of these problems resolve themselves over time, as if different parts of the GC app rely on different caches, and those caches refresh on different schedules. I can forgive some replication lag, provided everything eventually replicates everywhere. But sometimes, the discrepancies never go away, and GC permanently reports results that don't make sense. Looking on the achievements page for a single game, I often a set of achievements and a total achievement score which just plain don't match, days after having won the achievements in question.
This is also not caused by offline achievements. GC is so abysmally poor at handling offline achievements that it deserves its own post, and I won't go into the details further here, other than to say that I no longer play GC games while offline. My device of choice is a wifi iPad (the last model with the large cable connector, updated to run iOS 7.0.2), and I always make sure I'm connected to wifi before playing any GC games. And by making sure I'm connected to wifi, I mean positively confirming that I can reach the web and check email before launching my game. Despite ensuring that I'm always online when I play, achievements still do not replicate.
This is also not caused by game bugs. Apple made a terrible design decision to not treat achievements like gold -- or even to treat them as important as email. Email is never lost. Achievements are frequently dropped. A game should not need to be implemented to re-register achievements, even if they were won offline. In any case, the point is, this bug has nothing to do with any individual game. I can fire up multiple iOS + Mac devices and see different scores within the GC apps.
My question is, how do I fix this? I can find no way to force game center to resync with the master achievements database in the cloud. I can't even find a way to send feedback directly to the GC team, or open a support topic directly about GC. (I would be extremely surprised if Garage Band were more popular than Game Center. Yet Garage Band has a dedicated support section, whereas the word "game" doesn't even appear anywhere on Apple's support communities topic list.)

I have the same issue and im about to leave IOS and go Android.
Im a huge gamer on the iPhone and got 19k+ achivement.
When IOS 7 came the GC have not been working correctly ever sence.
I have a huge OCD with achievements and need the achievements synced with GC.
For every 7.0.X update im SURE there will be a fix for this but nothing.
I am very dissapointed.

Ipod Touch 5th Generation ios7 problem with Genre sorting

Hi. I upgraded my 5th gen ipod touch to ios7. But I can no longer sort my music by genre. For example, I have Bruce Springsteen divided up into Rock and 80's. But when I go to "80s" genre and click "Bruce Springsteen" it shows ALL songs by Bruce Springsteen. The ones I have labeled as 80s AND the ones labeled as Rock. And vice versa. If I go to Rock and Bruce Springsteen, I get the Rock songs and the 80s songs as well.
Basically, if I go to ANY genre and pick an artist that has songs in multiple genres, it will list ALL songs and albums by that artist and not just the songs in that particular genre. So it makes sorting by genre completely useless.
I've seen this on every device with ios7 installed. I didn't have this problem with ios6 and I prefer to sort my music by genre. I've spent a lot of time organizing it that way because that's how I want it.
Does anybody know any way around this? Thanks!

If none of the options listed have helped, the last option for user troubleshooting is a restore first from a backup and if that does not help, then restore as a new device. Then before loading any content back on the device, see if it is working. If so, then sync your content back, not using a backup. Remember, however, that a restore as a new device deletes all data from the device.

IOS7 Problem

I am having problems with Internet access only since I updated my IPAD mini to iOS7. Does anyone know how to fix it or get help from Apple? Thanks

Try restarting your router. Check your iPad in Settings>Wifi and make sure your trying to access the correct network. You might also try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Apple recommends this only if you are unable to restart it.
Or if this doesn't work and nobody else on the blog doesn't have a better idea you can contact Apple.

Two-part iTunes11, iPhone 4S, iOS7 problem

1.) I manually sync, and all my music on my phone is unavailable except for a sinlge iTunes song I once downloaded. 2.) When I connect I get hung up on "waiting for changes to be applied." I have already restarted everything, restored from backup, and I still can neither access the music that even iTunes tells me is on my phone or finish the sync.
I should note, I did not have this problem yesterday, but only noticed it today after I activated iTunes Radio for the first time.
What now?

After trying all the suggested tips, and after noting that even with less overt power-consuming settings on in iOS7 than I had on in iOS6, it became apparent that something was amiss. The temptation is to blame iOS 7 (and there may be a problem, but...), but in fact, I think that, at least in my case, the problem is Bluetooth. Let me be clear. I kept Bluetooth on in iOS6 and it did not drain the battery unduly quickly. But when I turned Bluetooth off under iOS7, the fast battery drain stopped. So I turned Bluetooth back on, disconnected from all devices, turned Bluetooth back off, then back on and things seem to be OK now. Battery consumption back to normal.
In short, I think the problem (at least mine) is that all Bluetooth connections need to be terminated after the iOS7 update, Bluetooth turned off & back on, and things will be fine. The Bluetooth app is getting "stuck".

So, I had my problem solved!! (afhter installing the iOS7 iTunes didin't recognized my device and the "Connect to iTunes" image appeared, there was nothing that I tought would helped me...until)
What I did was to change the USB port from where my iPhone was first connected, after this iTunes recognized my device saying it was in "Recovery Mode" which is ok, so what I did was to press the "recover" button and then my iPhone started to recover from iOS7! Just follow the steps there.
Then I restore my previous version with iTunes (iTunes will say "Wellcome to your new iPhone"), so I can have all my data back on since my last backup, the restore took certain time but after that I was good to go with my iPhone 5 with the new iOS7.

HT5934 IOS7 PROBLEM

I noticed that when you are in the Contacts for the IOS7 there is a search box but when you try to search there is know keyboard that pops up to search a name. This is an error.

Perform a "hard reset" on the device by pressing down and holding the home button and the sleep/wake button for up to 30secs. until you see a black screen with the Apple logo, then release.
Then test to see if it solved the problem.

Mit Musterseitentextrahmen gibt es Probleme, wenn einer solchen Seite später die selbe oder eine andere Musterseite mit einem Textrahmen zugewiesen werden. Platzhaltertext oder ähnliches sind ein absolutes No-Go.
Ab der Version CS6 kann man die Funktion "Primärer Textrahmen" nutzen, der auf der Musterseite angewandt wird und wenn einer Seite neuerlich eine Seite mit einem Primären Textrahmen zugewiesen wird, passt sich der Text diesen an.
Um Textrahmen oder andere Rahmen von einer Musterseite zu nutzen, müssen diese übergangen werden. Mit gedrüchter Strg/Befehls + Umschalttaste klicken.
Wenn Du Texte importierst, dann baut das Programm automatisch Textrahmen innerhalb der Seitenrand- und Spaltenhilfslinien aus. Wenn Du beim Textimport zusätzlich die Umschalttaste gedrückt hältst, erstellt InDesign automatisch die notwendige Anzahl von Seiten.

IPhone 4s UK Siri iOS7 Problem! Please read and help APPLE

Hello so yesterday I did the update for iOS7 for my iphone 4s. Everything was ok until I checked out SIRI.
Siri's voice has become FUZZY, unclear, no way is it easy to understand, etc.
Yes i've changed the siri to US siri but if i ask siri to take me home, or another location. Sir will then take me to the maps application and then Siri will go back to UK siri.
So my problem has not been fixed. Also ive tried using the enhanced quality and still dont work the UK siri voice is still fuzzy.
Does anyone know when Apple will fix this problem?

It sounds like your mom is already due for an upgrade, while you have to wait till December. Your mother has a perfectly good solution to tide you over till you can get an iPhone 6 as well.
you only have to live with the 5c for a short time. Stick a good case on it so the screen can't pop out and be good to it till you can upgrade.

Dopo aggiornamento a ios7 problemi con fotocamera e sms

Dopo l'aggiornamento ios7 dell'iphone 4s lo smartphone si blocca e devo spegnerlo, la fotocamera quando cerco di scattare una foto diventa nero lo schermo e si chiude l'applicazione, inoltre da alcune settimane a volte ricevo sms con simboli strani e risultano illegibili.

anche io riscontro lo stesso problema con la fotocamera. Non lo fa sempre ma spesso si blocca dopo lo scatto e devo riavviarlo brutalmente.

After upgrading to iOS7, my phone stopped making phone calls and sending texts. I can receive but not send either. How can I fix this? I'ts a HUGE problem-like I don't have a phone!

I would either restart the phone, then go to settings>General>software update and try again.

Does anyone else have a markedly slower ipad since downloading IOS7? It happened straight after I downloaded it and now my wonderful responsive fast ipad is nearly as slow as my old clapped- out laptop! How do I fix it?

Have you tried going to settings and resetting them all, ie settings, general, reset, reset all settings, then reconnect with your wifi by settings, wifi and choose your network and its password. That has all solved my problem.
