HT201210 Iphone 4 problem....downloaded ios7 and its froze on "pic of connection with arrow up then i tunes, then i tunes icon" i go to restore and it says "device not found" although it is connected...
iphone 4 - yesterday it popped up to update to IOS7.... now it is froze on the screen as a picture (one end of connection with arrow up to itunes written out to itunes icon"..... ive tried restoring and it says "the iphone "iphone" could not be restored. Device not found".... although i do have it connected to my puter and have itunes activated.
i wished some one have warned me about this mess...

Hello guys!!Pls help me if someone knows what should I do.my iphone was working perfectly so far but a couple of days ago it stopped charging.its not charging neither with the a/c adaptre nor with the usb through my pc.it says device not recognized..today I had my iphone switched off and tried to see if it was charging and actually it was!but it didnt show that it was actually charging(the battery icon with the bolt didnt appear..but after 3 hours it was fully charged..but this happens only when its awitched off..so i cant connect on itunes and i cant charge it while its turned on!!if someone knows pls help!!!!!!!!!!tnx a lot guys!!!
I actually had the same problem here you just have to change the cable, i dont know exactly why but i think its because when you have your phone swithced of then it doesnt need more electricity so if a little pass then you can charge it for a while and then the iphone will automaticly open again,, so just go an buy a new cable nothing to scared of

I have a problem to connect with FaceTime. I am using OS X 10.9.1 on a Mac PowerBook which is 4 weeks old. I can connect on iPhone but not from my computer. Does anyone have a similar problem???

My iPhone 4 Bluetooth, using ios7, cannot identify any other bluetooth device (even other apple products). Says device not supported. How to solve this problem?

Just downloaded ios7 on my iPad2. Hate that I cannot see the items in my calendar. The letters are way too small and are grey in color. I need the fonts to be dark and very defined...I have health issues-poor vision.
Settings>General>Accessibility>Increase Contrast

are some settings that may help.
There are other settings there ...they may not be to your liking but try them all anyways.

Hi i m using 4s and its updated but i cant configure with microsoft exchange for my gmail account. Anytime i tried to configure it the message comes connection to the server failed. Pls help me out.

my i pod touch was erased in the find my ipod app this has set my i pod where i cant do a thing but see a black screen with a rotating circle in the middle of the screen. i tryed to restore and itdosent download actual file to the i touch and i cant do a thing with it please help me fix this and if thereis a way with out lossing my data would be great but however it can be done please let me know asap thank u.

I5 still using ios6 as of last night the phone will not connect to my Internet, in settings it says connected with the check mark however there is no wifi icon at the top of phone, have done everything possible to resolve... The iPhone cannot connect to any other phone over Bluetooth.

A Complete Guide to Restore or Recover Your iDevice (if You Forget Your Passcode)
If you need to restore your device or ff you cannot remember the passcode, then you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. 3. Select your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when it appears in iTunes under Devices.
4. Select the Summary tab.

why does my iphone say device not supported when connecting to my mac pro, even though it has already succesfuly paired? I also use a wirless bluetooth keyboard and mouse on the computer successfully.
Also when I turn Bluetooth on on the phone the devices cog never stops turning (forever serching for a device)iTunes automatically syncs voice memos to your iTunes library when you connect iPhone to your computer.
It couldn't be much easier than that as you don't actually have to do anything more than normal.
This lets you listen to voice memos on your computer and provides a backup if you delete them from iPhone.
Voice memos are synced to the Voice Memos playlist. iTunes creates the playlist if it doesn’t exist. When you sync voice memos to iTunes, they remain in the Voice Memos application until you delete them. If you delete a voice memo on iPhone, it isn’t deleted from the Voice Memos playlist in iTunes. However, if you delete a voice memo from iTunes, it is deleted from iPhone the next time you sync with iTunes.
USB syncing is far faster than Bluetooth. -

Hi, I’ve recently bought an iPad2 and can’t get connected with AppStore or iTunes, when I tap on these icons a grey page pops up saying is loading but never opens the page, no failure message is displayed, it just keep saying is loading.
Apparently it is not an issue with wifi since Safari, You Tube and Maps work well, I’ve tried some of the tips, e.g. log off/on my Id, change password but no one worked.
