pls tell me how can i restart and update my phone...

Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection. -

I was working on my project on imovie and when I was trying to share it.. it automatically closes and shows an error... if I remember correctly the error code -1 indicates a hardware problem. In that case, you should take your iPhone to an Apple store and have them do some diagnostics.

Error 3004
No internet connection during the firmware restore.
iTunes can't connect to gs.apple.com. Maybe Port 80 and Port 443 is blocked. Open it on your router.
please check you internet connection or of you are behind firewall kindly check if the port are blocked . this might be a issue that your using internet via an wifi router where some router do not support this communications you have to directly connect your PC with ethernet cable and try again. -
