Check the account area of the iTunes Store window on the right to check the balance. You must use the credit remaining, no refunds.

I was downloading the latest iTunes and my computer shut off in the middle and now my phone is displaying that it needs to connect to iTunes. iTunes says my phone needs to be restored before it will work with iTunes. HOw do i avoid restoring?

I have songs that I have either downloaded or rippedfrom discs that iTunes says it cannot find. Why and how do I get these songs back.

I have songs that I have either downloaded or ripped from discs that i"Tunes now says they cannot find them. I have not done anything to move them or any thing else. When I go to find them I find a folder but these are empty.

im presuming that you ar ebringing up the artist folder within your music folder somewhere and it doesnt have the songs you want?
if so, the newly downloaded songs might not be in folders yet and could be at the very bottom of the music folder which has all of your artists?
alternatively, you could bring up your start menu and do a search for one of the songs, then right click open containing folder and go from there.

Screen Cracked and replaced, now phone wont stay on, and now i cant get it to turn back on

about 3 days ago i dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Although it was cracked it still worked fine with no issues and the new ios6 was installed prior to it breaking. I brought it to a iphone repair store where they fixed the screen. After a day i noticed the phone just turned itself off so i put it on the charger and returned and it was working. ever since then it has now shut off randomly for no reason, battery was either fully charged or more than 50%. I hooked it up to my computer to restore it today and it seemed to work for about 3 or 4 hours until it started to turn off on its own. i would restart it and it would work for a shorter and shorter period of time until now it wont stay on at all. i plugged it into the charger and it goes through the apple powerup screen and when it turns on it says searching for network in the top left corner. when i press apps and such it is very laggy and it eventually freezes and the screen fades to black and the cell phone turns off. I cannot get it to stay on now, even when it stays plugged into the charger...HELP PLEASE!!! is this an apple issue or something the repair shop may be responisble for?????

The reapair shop is probably responsible. And now that you took it to a third party and not to apple store, Apple will not touch your phone at all. So you will probaly have to buy a new one or go back to the reapir shop and hope they can fix it.

On the very bottom right of the iTunes store page you should see a small circular icon with a flag. Click that and you should see a page which allows you to select the respective country store your looking for.

How is iTunes telling you it is unlocked? Did you go through an unlock procedure with your cell company and then Restore it in iTunes?

You shouldn't have to restore your phone to keep your data. But first press home and on button at the same time until phone shows up Apple logo an boots up normally. When the phone comes back on plug into ituens and back it up by selecting "Back Up Now". Once backed up, you can press update and install 7.1.1 and it will restore and recover all your previously backed up data. You can also press "update" and itunes will automtically back up the phoen and install 7.1.1.
