You should try to do a factory reset and see if that helps. It's really the last resort but it often fixes problems.

If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Have you tried a soft-reset to see if it that gets it to boot up ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds after which the Apple logo will hopefully appear and it will boot up.
If that doesn’t fix it then have you got a different cable, and possibly charger, that you could try ? -

I have iOS 7.0.4 and I was wondering how do I fix and does it cost money to fix it?I don't know what "shacking" is, but make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store. An out-of-warranty replacement is $149 USD.

I am reading the subject and I think I know what you are talking about. I would imagine that many users are not going to know exactly what you're talking about.
If you are connected to iTunes and you see all of the storage is being aken up by "other", something got corrupted when you downloaded the update. Restore your iPad in order to fix it.
I sure hope that you backed up before you updated. Here is the information that you will need.

The update process is handled entirely by iOS and unfortunately, there isn't anything the Reader can do during this process to prevent "stuck updates". Generally, we don't recommend uninstalling unless you have to because uninstalling will delete all of the PDF's in your documents!
Here are some steps that work for most users:
1. Make sure wifi and/or cellular data are turned on
2. Test to be sure your internet connection is working by opening safari and browsing to a website (like www.adobe.com).
3. Single tap the app’s icon on the home screen and it will pause the download. Now go back to the iTunes Apps store, switch to the “Updates” screen and click “Update” to resume the download.
4. If this doesn't work, go to Settings -> iTunes & App Stores and tap the Apple ID to sign-out. Restart the iPad, go back to Settings -> iTunes Apps Store and sign-in. Tap the waiting icon to update the app.

I registered my new iPhone 5s to my usual Apple ID, however it isn't showing in my devices when I log in. I tried to register it by adding a new device, but it tells me it's already registered to a different Apple ID. I'm really not sure how to fix this. I only have the one Apple ID and the phone is brand new, purchased directly from Apple.
When I check on the phone itself (iCloud and App Store settings) the Apple ID is correct. I'm not sure where else to check.
Whilst setting up the phone, it prompted me to register, which I did. Then when connecting to my laptop through iTunes it prompted me again so I registered again. I even got a confirmation email to the email address associated with my Apple ID that the registration was successful.
How can I add my iPhone 5s to the list of devices on the correct Apple ID?

When I connect my iphone and open itunes the iphone icon shows up but when I click it nothing happens and the icon disappears. I have uninstalled and re-installed itunes. Turned my computer off, and turned my iphone off. Restarted everything. Synced my iphone and my itunes and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions? I am using Windows
