i can not open my i pad-1 and the device gave me message connect to iTunes and when connect the computer give me message type the password firstly i do not know what can i do ?
Is it disabled due to too many incorrect passcode attempts ? If it is then you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 - you should then be able to reset the iPad and restore/resync your content to it.

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help
You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.

I want to buy music from the iTunes store, but when I try to connect it says that there is a network problem. My network is connected and up and running fine. I went throught the steps of my norton software (2008) like the system told me and I still can't connect the same message appears. Can someone help me discover and fix this issue. I am having the same issue. I cannot connect at all the the ITunes store. I can do certain things on ITunes, but it is not working correctly. I, too, have followed all troubleshooting instructions, but no success. I can hook up my Ipod and Ipad 2. it is able to download and update applications, but unable to backup on my computer. I hope there are some answers soon.

My ipad2 has crashed. Tried to do an update last night. Upload bar moved 1cm then locked stayed like that all night. I have switched off and then on again and its prompting me to connect to itunes. Once connected it says to restore. It starts this process and then stops with an error message (11) I cant access anything on it not even the battery charge indicator shows. What do I do?

I have a iphone 4 and it will not come out of the connect to iphone mode. I have connected to itunes and it will go about 3/4 of the way and say the phone cannot be updated. It was installing and update when this happened. can anyone help?
Turn your phone off and connect your cable to the computer, but not the device just yet. Start up iTunes. Now, hold down the home button on your phone and plug it in to the cable - don't let go of the button until iTunes tells you it's detected a phone in recovery mode. Now you should be able to restore to factory settings.

I cant use my iphone because I'm getting the error message that I must connect to Itunes and when I do it says the only option I have is to restore my phone.
Try using RecBoot or TinyUmbrella to kick it out of Recovery mode.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.

I have an Iphone 5 6.01. I have a notice on my app store that I have an update. Tried to update, but it won't. Connected to Itunes and tried to download update for App. I can't do that either. It won't let me update any of the apps. What is wrong?
My husband and I are using the same iTunes account on all mac & pc computers, but the libraries are different on each machine. We always manually manage our music (no auto sync). iTunes is up to date on the PCs. My husband uses our joint iTunes account on his pc, but once again, has a different collection in his library from those on the other machines. He can't load any music from his PC to his iphone 4. I can load music from my mac library to my iphone 4s, but cannot load from my pc library to my iphone 4s. How can I switch my main library that it syncs with from the mac to the pc?

On Monday my iPhone started to turn itself off so i plugged it in to the computer to update it. If you have a graphic of iTunes and a cable displayed on your iDevice then it is in Recovery mode.
