HT201210 need to restore my ipad 2 but keeps coming up with error 16???
updated my ipad to iso7 since doing so it comes up telling me to connect to itunes by my laptop. once connected it says restore and update which i do but gets so far then stop and says error code 16.... can anybody help me resolve this issue?? many thanks speno

I am trying to update my itunes 10.4 to 10.5.3 in windows vista 32 bit but it goes through the downloading ok then goes to installing but comes up with "An errors occurred while installing updates. If the problem persists, choose TOOLS>DOWNLOAD ONLY and try installing manually". I have tried to do that but i am unable to click the download only button. I have gone into programs and features and tried repairing itunes, apple application support, apple software update, bonjour, apple mobile device support but to no avail. I have tried to update via the button but it goes through the downloading and installing like before then comes up with Im not very savvy on the computer so would appreciate a 'dumbed down' answer. Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

I have an iPad 2nd generation and all it does is show the apple logo continuously and nothing else. I cannot get into the iPad and I have tried to restore it numerous times but it comes up with error 19 or error 14. Or it restores but after it has it just comes back up with the apple logo once again and nothing changes or it flashes a few times. does anyone know how to fix this?
