Are you looking for the serial number or the IMEI? If the phone was active on your Verizon acount, Verizon can give you the IMEI.

Not sure if this is a suitable forum, but when I was using Iphoto '08 V7.1.3 (latest version), and I tried to purchase an album, the following error always appeared : "Unexpected error has occurred, please try again later".
It always appears after iphoto has transfered all the data across after I click 'Buy Now'. And it is driving me crazy!
I called up apple support and have tried to do whatever they told me to, which includes:
1) Creating a new album
2) Creating a new apple i.d.
but its all futile! The dreaded message always appears!
Does anyone know if theres any way I can just SEND THE THING over manually, in a CD or something, cos I really want the album book! Or, do any technical guys here have any idea?? Im also kinda tired of waiting on the hold line on the phone!

I wish I could help - but I am having the same exact problem. It is totally frustrating to make the book and then go through all the steps only to have the same message appear.

I was trying to upgrade my iphone software to IOS 7.0 through mobile and not through Itunes. whats more, I did'nt do the back up. It did the download and updation normaly, but once the phone was restart, it asked me to connect to Itunes and itunes just simply erased all my data. (crap crap crap). If you had not backup your iPhone with iTunes, you need a third recovery tool to get your data back. I find this easy iPhone recovery tool(you can trial it before pay it):

Yes, restoring the phone to a new one...
It's ok then as my other files are just around 241 MBs, I was worried as it didn't went down to zero as it was when I first held the phone, thought it might have taken up some malware or something as also the space kept on increasing one or two MB in every 15 minutes while connected to the net(I guess even this is ok!?)...
But it's still much much less than u said what might be problematic...

Warning 20255 appearing while upgrading to acrobat 7.1.0

During the upgrade process from acrobat 7.0 to acrobat 7.1 on my 32 Bit windows XP-Pro system, the following warning is displayed:
"Warning 20255: The acrobat 7.0 installation program could not create a new element: Adobe pdf converter. The adobe pdf printer will possibly not be available" (Translated from German - I apologize for errors) When I continue, the pdf printer is really not available.
Is there anybody out there who could help me? I would really appreciate it.

As I understand 7.1 supports Java 1.5 version, but I am still in upgrade process and the upgrade manual or related notes does not mention this version is needed as a pre-qrequisite or to fix related to our issue. So,wondering is this relevant to fix our issue?
As of my current my upgrade process has stopped and the sdt Gui is wating for us to fix the issue...

Default Audio Player Error - Is there a solution?!

I've been checking in for quite some time to determine if there has a been a solid solution to the inability for some ppl to make iTunes the default audio player in Windows. Here's the exact issue error:
On opening iTunes the following prompt appears:
"iTunes has detected that it is not the default audio player for audio files. Do you want to make iTunes the default player for audio files?"
Selecting "Yes" prompts the following error panel:
"An error occurred while updating the default player for audio file types. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation."
Here's some of the responses I've seen to this problem and my personal answers.
1. Do you have full admin privleges? Yes.
2. Do you have MS Antispyware disabled? Yes. It's actually not even installed.
3. Do you have other virus protection software (Norton, McAfee, etc.) disabled when installing iTunes? Yes.
4. Did you make iTunes the default player in the Control Panel "Set Program Access and Defaults"? Did you reboot? Yes.
5. Do you have full write privileges to your "My Documents" folder or your iTunes music folder location? Yes.
I've scoured the net and tried everything. So far I'm yet to see a concrete solution though I have seen many ppl complain about the issue. Anyone know of a solid fix or if Apple has addressed this? It's only with 6.x that this issue has popped up.
I'd REALLY appreciate any insight (as it seems many others would as well).

Hi I can't update my apps when I try to update it asks for password when used it goes back to update. I think I'm not alone and have tried changing date switching off signing out and in and rebooting. Is there a solution or do I need to take it in?

Can't bind to my test OD: "Unexpected error while binding"

I'm trying to test the whole OD/AD integration world, and to start with I've configured a spare G5 server to talk OD to a G5 client. The server is running 10.4.6 Server and the client is running 10.4.6 Client... so it should be simple enough, right?
My domain name is "testod.com", and both machines live in the 172.16.100.0 subnetwork. I'm running OD, DNS, DHCP and AFP on the Server. I've changed the password for the admin user, as well as added a regular user with admin privileges in WGM.
However, when I try and bind the client to the server in Directory Access, I get the following message after entering the computer name and domain username & password: "Unexpected error while binding. Unexpected error while attempting to bind. Operation cancelled".
Any ideas? I'm not using Kerberos or SSL, and practically everything is in a default configuration state. I'm stumped...

Is your DNS working right? You need both standard and reverse records working for both client & server. Simple test is using host command:
$ host testod.com
testod.com has address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
$host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Xquery document node constructor gets unexpected error

When I try and run the following xquery from within workshop on WLI 8.1 SP4, I get an error "Error occurred while executing XQuery: Unexpected error in transformation - please look at the log for details." The log sadly doesn't provide any more useful details. I was hoping to use this construct to produce different types of document based on the input xml document, but cannot get even get this simple first step to work.

Receiving 'Unexpected Error' with Firefox Sync

I was having issues with Sync no longer working. I am on the latest version.
I signed out and when I try to sign back in I get 'Unexpected Error' in a red bar across the box. I tried using my work email to set up a new account and get the same thing.
I tried refreshing Firefox as I saw that suggestion in another thread but even after refreshing I still get 'Unexpected Error.'
Any suggestions?

Make sure that you allow cookies for the accounts.firefox.com domain if you aren't allowing cookies generally or use the 'Ask me' cookie setting.
Various data is stored in localStorage and sessionStorage, so make sure that DOM storage is enabled.

A few things that you can try:
Disconnect Sync and reconnect to Sync.
Delete the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder with Firefox closed and possibly delete the Weave folder as well.
Delete and re-create the FxA account.
