HT201240 I don't have a startup disc and forgot password
and I have forgotten my administrator password so I am unable to get in to my iMac at all. HELP. It gave me the option to reset my password using my apple ID once... I accidentally hit enter and it won't come back. Desperate for help and Apple support is wanting to charge me $20 for this. Ridiculous.
Okay, you posted this in the OSX 10.3 or earlier forum but your computer profile says you are using 10.7.5. Which is it? The method may be different. iMacs cover almost 20 years of models and can be running almost anything.
Apple pays the people on the help line, so you have to pay. I agree it is ridiculous -- we don't get paid. -

That's probably a bookmark you have saved in Favorites.
Tap bookmark icon>Favorites>Edit>Delete the bookmark -
I am not able to open iCloud from my settings, Sirs says I don't have iCloud installed what has happened? I have an email saying my device can't be backed up because my I cloud is full, and telling me to go to settings to manage it, but my iCloud button is in light grey instead of black and unresponsive.
Go to Settings>General>Restrictions>Accounts (near the bottom) and set this to Allow Changes. You will then be able to access Settings>iCloud again.

I am assuming you have an ipod nano 6th gen (the small one with a touch screen)
unfortunately, the ipod nano 6 gen can not play videos whatsoever unless you hack it so even with a cable it does not work.

Was this book downloaded using iBooks, or from another application? If it was from iBooks you will need to install that application to delete it.

I loaded what I guess is the new version of Firefox and it completely changed my whole task bar. I don't have my Norton Logins with stored passwords, and it's hard to find my favorites. Help get it back to how it was.

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data. See https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Uninstalling+Firefox
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

That should allow you to download free items. If you want paid-for items then do any other payment options appear on the payment details screen, and/or are iTunes gift cards available in your country (they are country-specific so you won't be able to use cards from another country) ? -
