My ipod is stuck at step 9 in this guide. Itunes told me to keep my ipod connected to itunes, and my Ipod shows the Apple logo as it should (though I can´t see any progress bar). Do anybody know how long step 9 takes. I have turned off my firewall.
Please Help!If it happens again and the reset (home + power buttons) doesn't work, just let the battery drain; you'll know when the screen shuts off. Charge it back up and it should be fine. Frankly, I'm surprised this worked for you. Usually I hear people with this problem say that holding both buttons doesn't work, and they have to do the battery drain.
If the issue is incurable next time, you have a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. -
i am trying to play music and videos but will not see the volume control unless i have head phones in also phone will not move off silent mode and wont turn up with the volume buttons

The BIG WHITE MOSTLY BLANK , MOZILLA START PAGE was blocking my use of PRINT PREVIEW, from the orange "Firefox" in the upper left corner.
I was told i was using an out of date version of Firefox.
But no "click here to update".
So i downloaded the new edition of Firefox.
And still, i can not see PRINT PREVIEW, because the large white screen of the MOZILLA START PAGE is blocking it.
I have selected a background wallpaper, so would rather not see ANY of the BIG WHITE START PAGE, at all !!

Like i stated i'm having a problem with every time i type into a search bar or box of any kind including log ins and such the box turns blue, and in many cases makes it so i can not read what i am typing. Tried same website on IE and they worked fine so i assume it's firefox, is there anything i can do about it
For me, the google search bar turns blue once I've typed in a search term, but then want to click on it again to change or add something. The entire bar turns blue. I can still type, but it's hidden. Then when I click Search, it does bring up my search results and now the terms I've written are showing in the search bar, with no blue.
The only way to get out of it when the blue is there, is to reload the page. -
I have a powerpoint 2003 file with a swf embeded, which is created by SAP Xcelsius 2008. I can not see and manipulate it after I upgrade to Adobe flash 14 !!

How can I get the Icons at the bottom of an email to show so I can touch the reply icon to respond to an email?
Open multi-tasking by double-clicking on the home button. Find the mail app, hold it down until it wiggles, then click on the minus sign to close it. Perform a reset on the phone. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, open the mail and see if everything is corrected.

As described above, my screen is bright white, but it still plays music. It's really hard to see, and I've tried everything. I manually restarted it like 20 times, I updated software and reset it, and I've just waited. It's happened once before, but after I waited 20 minutes it worked, and that was 6 months ago. But this time, it seems to just stay with a white screen.
If anybody knows what to do to solve this, and what caused this, please answer.Water damage is not covered, and I guess Apple tech will find out about it as soon as they open the device.

What's wrong with it? You put METAL into a MICROWAVE. Where did you see this 'iOS Wave' feature? Was it on the Apple website? Nope.
Unless you're simply trolling (which is the most likely case), you need to go to an Apple store and hope they don't classify it as Beyond Economical Repair. -
I'm not sure exactly when it happened, but one day my Google search bar turned blue when I tried typing in it. I couldn't see what I was typing. I did some research and some forums said it was a problem with Firefox. Have you heard of this? Is there a solution for it?

PLEASE HELP! My objects have no stroke/fill unless in publish preview. I can't see what I am doing?
I have CS6 Flash Professional, Windows 7 Professional, File I am trying to make is an ActionScript 2. I have to use ActionScript 2 for it because it is a school project. I can click the oval tool, set the stroke size to 2.0 stroke to black, fill to pink and drag to create the oval on the stage. while i am dragging, and when i finish dragging it is still just a thin green outline of an oval. No fill, no thickness to the stroke, and the only color it will be is green. When i click publish preview and load a preview for flash the pop up box shows the oval with 2.00 stroke size, black stroke, and pink fill.
It seems like no matter what I try to draw or make for the stage it just shows up as this green outline and wont display any of the stroke/fills that i select for them. Is this something in my settings that I need to change?
If someone could help me out it would be really, really appreciated!!!You appear to have things displaying in outline mode. There are a couple of places/ways this can happen.
The first, more obvious place is on the timeline. If you look at the layer you are drawing in, at the end of the section where you name the layer you should see a small square. That square controls the outline mode for that layer. I cannot tell from the image you show if it is active or not, so try clicking on it to switch it between outline and not outline mode to see if that fixes things. The color inside the square will be a solid color if it is not in outline mode.
The second, less obvious place to look in via the top menu bar... select View -> Preview Mode -> and make sure Outlines is not selected. -

Adobe flash player opens on my compter and is too small for me to read. Help. I have the latest version of flash player for Windows 8 and IE 10.
Try double tapping with three fingers and see if that reduces the screen image. If it does, unlock the iPad and go to Settings>General>Accessibility>zoom>Off. If double tapping with three fingers doesn't work, try triple tapping the home button instead.

I had to reboot my desktop computer to original manufacturers specifications and all my purchased Itune music was deleted from my computer. I didn't back up my itunes because they advertise they keep a record of your purchased music. I contacted Itunes and they have stated they only have a record of purchases made this year. I've been a member for ten years. Any ideas on how to get back my purchased music? Also, I have an old Ipod Nano that I haven't used for quite some time because the battery didn't hold its charge, and it has some of my older purchased music. Itunes said I can't get the music on my old ipod downloaded back onto my computer, any ideas on this?

I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.1.2 with 5.0 gb total storage. Need 4.7 gb available storage to update to iOS 8.0.2. After removing all apps that I can and photos I only have 4.4 gb available storage. Have not yet added any music or videos. Is there any other way to reach 4.7gb or any other way to install the update?
You don't have to remove anything if you do the update via your pc with i-tunes.
Then you need only 1,1 GB.
