Have no idea what you mean by "reset compny setting." There is no such function in iPhones. Do you mean "Erase All Data and Settings", Restore in iTunes as new (no backup), or something else? How did you do anything with the phone if it "will not start"??

Phone will not start

My phone got stuck yesterday and i pushed both buttons to do a rest. now whin i try to turn it on i get the apple logo and that is it. i tried to reset it a few times. i let the battery go dead and then charged it again all night with just the apple logo.

Am I right in thinking that you were trying to download Nokia Software Updater directly onto your phone?
NSU is to be downloaded and installed onto your pc and not your phone.
As for your phone, try the following if it realkly refuses to power on.
Firstly take the battery out for 5 minutes and then replace and see if that makes any difference.
Then try the "3 finger deep reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you hear start-up tone.
This should ONLY be done if the device doesn't power up normally anymore and it wipes everything in the Phone memory that is not part of the ROM. This means you will lose all your data if you haven't previously backed up your phone.

My phone will not start at all.

Hi guys so i didnt really use my phone for much of yesturday but at around 7pm i go to check it and it wont turn on at all i thought maybe it was dead but after charging for about 6 hours there was still nothing.Has anyone else had this sort of issue?

try reloading your device software. you can do this by following this steps
1. go to google type in ( blackberry software update ( service provider name ) eg. blackberry software update verizon
2. download the device software and install it into your computer
3. connect your device to the computer WITHOUT THE BATTERY.
4.once installed go to this path
computer/c:drive/program files ( x86 )/common file/research in motion/app loader/ LOADER
5. run loader
6. wait for it to recognize your device then click next. wait untill a window pop up asking for language
7.follow the prompt then click finish at the end
8. after clicking end the process should be starting
9. during the process when you see an error that says " unable to communicate with the device "
10. put the battery back into your device and click retry
11.just keep on retrying untill the process continue.
12. at the end of the process you can be receiving a message that says " software update complete or " fatal error "
13. both the error message is ok your device should be rebooting after that.

That number is for an apple server in the UK that is used for iMessage activation. A hidden SMS is snet to that number when you turn iMessage on and is used to verify your phone number. I suggest you turn iMessage off. In settings/phone turn on dial assist. Check with your carrier to see if you can send an international SMS as you end that possibility to activate iMessage. Rest your phone (Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).) then turn iMessage back on.

Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! triple click the home button. Then you can go into accessability options in settings and turn off that feature

Phone flashes but will not start
