My iphone 4 running ios 6.1 just got a apple boot logo loop and when i try to resotre get error 21 and it goes back to the apple logo loop. And also the battery broke and i got a new one and now it worked unitl it turned off at 50 percent and now its back to the loop . HELP. Thank you in Advance

Error 1604
This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.
Error 1600, 1601, 1602
Follow the steps listed above for Error 1604. This error may also be resolved by disabling, deactivating, or uninstalling third-party security, antivirus, and firewall software. See steps in this article for details on troubleshooting security software.

My iPod Touch hadn't been getting recognized by iTunes and my music wouldn't sync onto it so I went into the Settings app and clicked Reset Data & Settings (the 4 hour long reset) and waited while the bar slowly moved until it finally restarted and showed the Apple Boot Logo. I then waited for about 20-30 minutes for my iPod to turn on and it never did, so I reset it by holding the Power+Home button and that didn't do anything as it was still stuck on the Apple Boot Logo. Then I remembered I could have just put my iPod into DFU or Recovery mode to get iTunes to recognize it to reset it, so i tried to put my iPod into both modes and it wouldn't go into them. So I went to bed and just woke up and it's still stuck. I'm afraid I might have bricked my iPod, and I'm out of my warranty I believe. Does anyone know ANYTHING I could try? I don't care about data loss seeing as I already tried resetting the whole thing.

If it is still doing it after a restore, you most likely have a hardware issue.

Please Help stuck on apple boot logo

I am stucked at the apple boot logo and i can't disable filevalut to go in safe mode. When i've pressed cmd p r and went in utility disk it seems that i have free on the macintosh hd only 16.3 MB so i have to go in safe mode to delete some files and reboot the system. Anyone can help me?

I can't help, I'm afraid. My suggestion is that you re-post your message with a different title, including that you cannot get into Safe Mode. It would also be good to include the year and model (e.g., Mid-2010 MacBook Pro) so folks know more about what you are dealing with.
One thought I have is to replace your hard drive with a larger one, install your original OS X on that new HDD and arrange to access your current drive via USB so you can get the files off of it. But there may be another way -- though you clearly need a larger hard drive in your computer.

i have a iPod Nano 4th Generation (A1285) that I got used. When I first got it, it had low power, and it took a while to turn on, my iPod charger was broken at the time, so I couldn't charge it. Now, I'm trying to restore it for music and movies, etc. It turned on once yesterday when I tried fixing it, it was on briefly before I restored it. It took a while to turn on, I have no idea how I did it. Right now iTunes is going on and off, we've tried Disk mode, recovery mode and diagnostic mode. I've restored it around 7 times in Disk and recovery mode. Currently, I think it's dead. iTunes shows a 2005 error, ipod cannot be identified. Now, I just put it in recovery mode and restored it, again. Stuck at apple logo. Now it's still at the apple logo. just, waiting.... Alright, we put it in DISK MODE and restored it. restore took longer than usual. still apple logo. More info: When i got it used, and it was in itunes before i restored it for the first time, it said format macintosh, and i'm on windows 8 so I restored it .

You bought a used iPhone. Amazon is not an authorized supplier of iPhones, nor are any of the 3rd parties that sell iPhones there.
You can make an appointment at the genius bar and have it looked at.
If you are very very lucky, it is still under warranty and it wasn't opened or otherwise tampered with before you bought it. In which case, Apple will replace it under warranty.
If it's not under warranty, they will replace it for $199.
If it has been opened or tampered with, they won't touch it.

Have this problem too, iPhone 5 ios 7.0.4, I had headphone jack connected and apple charger connected, disconnected headphone jack, no volume on iPhone, thought it still had headphones connected, I manually turn off my iPhone 5, swtich to power off, all normal, nothing weird, but when I turned it back on it will never pass the apple logo, it will go away after some time, then apple logo again. I did a full restore and it did recognized it, it restored it to factory settings, welcome screen on itunes but not on iPhone, just apple logo, I noticed that after the full reboot loading bar, it will do another one like not even halfways, then it will turned off and back on by itself again, it charges, (can tell by itunes info window) it holds the charge (i've let it go fully discharged) Did recovery mode, dfu mode, nothing works warranty was 1 year and i've had it for 13 months.
