Reinstall the app
Remove the app from your device and reinstall it. Remember that deleting an app also deletes its data.
Delete the app.
Press the Home button.
Go to the App Store and download the app again.
Wait for the app to download, then open it from the Home screen.
If the download stops, you can resume it.
If the issue persists, then you may want to try and sync the application to your iOS device using your computer by following the information in this article, under the section "Download previous purchases on Mac or PC":

In October I dropped my phone down the toilet, this was sent off to be fixed which cost me £100. After it was fixed I had no problems with it at all. In December I managed to drop my phone on the pavement and the screen smashed, apart from a crack in the corner the phone was otherwise fine and I had no issues with it. I decided that it would be time to get the screen fixed, so the other week I gave it to a friend of a friend to fix it. Now my phone looks brand new, but it doesn't work. The screen on my phone constantly shakes and it is very distracting and makes my phone impossible to use. Another issue is that I can see small red lines all over the screen. The camera is the worst effected, and shakes violently when I attempt to use it. The man who fixed it recommended that I back up everything on my phone and reset it, which I have just done. Unfortunately it will no longer turn on, even though I know it has full charge. It will vibrate and make sounds whilst on charge but will not turn on.
Does anybody know what is wrong with my phone, and what I can do to atleast turn it on. The man can't look at it until the weekend, but I desperately need my phone to work asap.
Thanks.not sure who you sent it off the first time to have your phone fixed, but looks like your friend's friend, might have damage your phone when they repaired the screen.
Send it back to them and have them fix it.
Since you took it to a 3rd party to fix your phone, Apple won't touch it.
YOu might be lucky and be able to buy an out of warranty 4S at the Apple store. -

I have a recently acquired iphone 4s and despite having good hearing and the volume up to max can barely hear who ever I am speaking to. WHat is wrong with the phone?
The plastic cover was removed before I left the store and I have moved the volume up and down during, before and after phone calls. Have tried it in protective case and out of it. Impossible to hear calls unless phone is on speaker. There seems to be lots of comments re this. Is it a significant flaw? Can I fix it?

What is wrong with my phone if the battery life is draining while the phone is in the lock position?
Last night my phone just started getting extremely dim and I had it on the brightest setting. It was so dim you had to look at it under a light just to see what was on the screen. It then proceeded to lock down. I plugged it in but it would not charge. Finally, after almost an hour of being plugged in it finally started charging. It is acting completely normal except that it is constantly warm and the battery life keeps draining even when it is not in use. Does anyone know what is wrong with it? Can it be fixed? Normally, how much would this cost me? Your help would be greatly appreciated!!

Okay so I have had my Iphone for almost an entire year and there's a problem. I have gotten a scratch a scratch about a month ago on the back camera. It's at the very bottom. I've gotten used to it so it doesn't bother me. Well ever since like a week ago my camera gets colorful lines that are verticle and go away when it's focused. Not to mention the high pitch noise while it focuses with the lines. I'm getting irritated with it. Mainly what's is wrong with my phone?! Also how much is the cost?Since we can't examine your phone, we really have no idea what is wrong. Why don't you make an appointment at your local Genius Bar and get the phone examined and what your options are moving forward.

What is wrong with my phone if it is discolored like a negative film and has flickering lines?
I dropped my Iphone 4 last week, and when I checked it next the screen had severe discoloration, similar to a negative film affect. When I go to the lock screen it is a white screen with flickering horizontal lines on it. On my main screen there are also some lines at the top. I have tried resetting and restoring it and that did not help. And I have also looked at setting to see if that was why my screen was negative, and that was not the problem. Does anyone know what may be wrong with my phone?

Can not get thru when I call customer no service. The one time I did get thru the guy hung up on me! No one can seem to answer my question why they have my account listed as a business account. I've never had a business account. I tried using the chat feature and that i**ot kept saying nothing was wrong with their phones. Seriously wish there were other options in my area, I'd cancel my service completely

A friend of mine has an iPhone4 (not 4s) and she has been dropping it when she was drunk. She also lost it for nearly a week and it got handed back to her, luckily. She blocked the phone after she lost it so that other's couldn't use her contract (which is paid by her father). When she received the phone back, she asked O2 to unblock it an they gave her a new sim card and asked her to wait 24 hours. It started working again, for about a day, where she could receive and send texts/calls and Internet - the lot! But after that day, she can no longer get any signal on her phone to send or receive calls or texts. We have tried putting the sim card in another phone to see if that was the problem, but it worked fine with full signal, so we're guessing that O2 aren't the problem. I'm guessing that it is the phone but I'm not sure whether it's a hardware issue or software. We've recently installed the new iOS5 today and it still doesn't work correctly. Do you think that some hardware needs to be replaced? I was wondering if anyone knew if the phone signal and 3G signal run on the same antena or different ones in the 4S?

My internet seems to be working fine, but I cant receive or make calls. I went to apple store to tell them about that, they did a factory setting, but still can't get it working and later told me that its not the phone's fault but O2's fault because I could see the O2 on top, with no any bars and she assumed that i would not have been able to see the O2 written on top if it wasn't O2 fault. I told them that I can use the internet from O2 however, but in reply she asked me to show the internet (i still wonder what she meant by that), I tried to explain that the internet is from my data plan, but no... she insisted me on showing the internet, i wonder what exactly did she wanted to prove by that. Or maybe she was in a hurry to get home, because it was almost at the end of the day. Anyway I have changed my sim and it seems to be working fine on another phone, but its the same problem in my iphone 4. I haven't been able to use my phone for more than a month now and its really frustating. I have booked another appointment with apple day after tomorrow, just hoping for the best now

Whats wrong with phone? I actually accidentally dropped it and after that it started to restart and restart again. Plus the censor is not working too. The censor only works when I'm on my bbm and it won't work when It's at home screen. Besides, whenever this happens, my hang phone button won't be working when other buttons are functioning well. I guess it's my keypad problem. Anyone has a better idea of what's happenings?
I have no idea what your warranty terms are...that's a contract between you and the seller of the device. BlackBerry extends certain warranty coverage through the resellers, but the resellers are free to do different things...so you must check your specific warranty coverage documents. Further, when they evaluate it, if they find signs of the physical damage and/or the fall, they may well deem your warranty as void. But, again, I have no way to know what they will find and decide when they evaluate it.

My phone sometimes does not alert me when I get messages from certain people, and is constantly asking me to put in my password for my apple ID. I have only done it once, but the prompt immediately popped up again, and is really just a major nusaince. I don't know what is going on with my phone because it also keeps freezing and won't even lock. It's just so frustrating at times.
