then I get the message, Itunes could not connect to your phone because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iphone before it can be used with itunes. What!?

You will have to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it.

Did you remove all Apple related software including QuickTime, Safari, Software Update utility for Windows, etc using the exact instructions in this Apple support document?

Are you plugging the iPod into a high powered USB 2.0 port and not a USB or similar? Have you tried different cables to help rule out a faulty or damaged cable?
Does it connect to iTunes okay on another PC or Mac?

i was getting an app in the app store and did all the logins and confirmations and stuff, and when that was done a thing pops up in the middle of the screen that said "download now" and an OK button, but i can't click it.. and not anywhere else, so i can't use the app store for anything else until this thing is gone, so anyone know how to fix this?

If you Go to the app store on your phone, then go to updates you should have a purchased icon at the top.
Click on that and it will show the apps you have downloaded before as they are stored on the icloud.
Then you should be able to click on the app and redownload it, not sure if it will charge but its worth a try.

Some songs starts on my iPod, then stop and start from the begining and play all the way through

While listening to songs on my iPod Classic 120gb, some songs will start to play, after 2-3 seconds, stop and start again from the beginning and play through the entire song no problems. On iTunes the songs still plays fine no stopping or starting. All songs are random artists and songs.
Help! its really frustrating!

Do you have any other music software (i.e Limewire) installed? If so perhaps these files are not compatible.

Forgot my passcode on iPhone 5s, have followed all the steps advised-still not working

I have forgotten my passcode to my iPhone 5s. When I go to restore the iPhone through my iTunes on my mac, it keeps saying that I need to turn off 'Find My iPhone'. Obviously realizing that I can't do that without my passcode, I checked discussions up here for the relevant steps. I've followed these steps several times; turned my phone off, erased my iPhone devise from iCloud, and tried turning it back on again, reconnecting to my mac and restoring, BUT it continues to tell me that I need to turn off my 'Find My iPhone' from the device.
If anyone could suggest anything, I would really really appreciate it. Going crazy trying to unlock it.

When unable to turn off Find My iPhone from the device itself, the following Knowledge Base article offers up some great information on how to do so:
iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone
Remove an iOS device or Mac on which you can’t turn off Find My iPhone
If you can’t turn off Find My iPhone on the device, turn off the device so it goes offline, then remove it from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com.
Note: You can also remove your iOS device by first erasing it—just follow the instructions below for removing an iOS device you don’t have. You can later restore the device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
Turn off the device you want to remove.
Sign in to icloud.com/#find on another computer with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud).
If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, select the offline device, then click Remove from Account. If you don’t see Remove from Account, click All Devices again, then click the Delete button next to the device.
If the device comes online again, it will reappear in Find My iPhone. If your device reappears, turn off Find My iPhone on the device (follow the instructions above for removing a device by turning off Find My iPhone), or if it’s an iOS device and you no longer have it, follow the instructions below for removing an iOS device you no longer have.

I have Windows XP and can't sync my Ipod Touch with itunes. Gives error 13019. I did all the recommendations recommended, including unchecking the sync and resyncing all the music, but it came up again. No voice memos or videos checked. Help! Please!

Again, I went through the "fixes" recommended, but none of them have worked. Please help! I can't get any of my new music that I just bought onto my Ipod! It fails at the last second with that 13019 error code even after removing all the music and re-syncing. Thanks.

Thank you, but I did that. I de-selected and then re-selected but because the 13019 still won't allow the sync, all it did was completely delete everything on my Ipod! I now have no songs on my Ipod when at least before, I had all my songs but the new 12 songs! I'm freaking!

Is it possible to remember one website in the cache and dlete all the rest of the cache?

I use a program called Visible Body, which takes time load if it is not already cached. I would like to be able to keep it cached, but delte all the rest of the cache. Is this possible?

I backed up my 4s yesterday, someone changed the name of the phone and deleted all the msgs. today when i wanted to restore it , iTunes is showing that last back was 2 months back.. no new restore.. but i just backed up yesterday and i used to back it up

I'm having this EXACT same problem with my iPhone 4, and I have the same computer stats (I have a Samsung Series 7)

I have reset Firefox, followed all the various instructions for ALL the faults and it is STILL not working properly !

Various problems :
Firefox crashing, missing toolbar, bookmarks disappeared (reset and now they won't work at all) , cannot set homepage again (despite following all instructions), shockwave flash constantly unresponsive (again, all instructions followed and no change), Firefox especially slow in facebook, sound volume keeps switching itself off.
I have gone through each problem with all the suggested "fixes" AND reset Firefox, but it is worse now than before !
Just about had enough.

First of all, you should always save you photos on computer like any other digital camera.
Backup on iCloud or iTunes only backup your Camera Roll. The other photos should be already on the computer.
Note: Photos are not saved in iTunes, it's only a conduit between your iPhone and your photo managing software on computer.
What computer do you have?

After looking at the forums and seeing all the people complaining about 10.1...

We should all just e-mail Adobe and tell them to revert to their last version, because this is too much of a pain and none of this has happened before. I know I am.

This is not something Adobe can do; you have to do it yourself:
download the FP uninstaller from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html (save to disk);
download the archived Flash Player of your choice from http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/142/tn_14266.html (save to disk);
close all browser windows, then run the downloaded uninstaller;
reboot Windows
extract and install the Flash Player version you want to install.
This may not solve all your problems; some websites already check if you have FP 10.1 installed, and will not show you any content until you do.
