I had the same problem and found a bunch of others did, too. Unfortunately all the posts had no responses! Anyway, I previously had my payment method linked to my paypal. I tried changing it to my credit card and it worked. Don't know if there's a bug with using paypal but that seemed to be the culprit for me. Good luck!

From what I gather, you have a payment method selected for your iTunes Store account which isn’t being accepted when setting up Family Sharing.
Take a look at the he article linked below provides, which provides a lot of great information about Family Sharing, and make sure you're trying to use a valid payment method for setting up Family Sharing.
Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
One adult in the family—the family organizer—can set up Family Sharing for the group from their iOS device or Mac. When you set up Family Sharing, you'll be asked to confirm that you agree to pay for purchases initiated by the family members you invite and that you have a valid payment method on file. Valid payment methods for setting up Family Sharing include credit cards and debit cards.*

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Using those instructions you may also be able to select PayPal if that is allowed in your country.

yes, the display is different and the sequence is different too....
until step 9
in step 10, i saw only 3 cards, no paypal, no 'none'
as long as i didnt key in credit card I can proceed and not to say about verification and so on..

If None is not available - On your computer launch iTunes and click "iTunes Store" in the left navigation pane. Click the "down arrow" next to your name at the top right side of the page and click "Account." Enter your username and password and click "View Account" to log into your account information. Next to your Payment Type, click "Edit." Select the "None" button and click "Done." Confirm that your card has been removed by returning to the Apple account information screen. Under Payment Type, it should say that there is no credit card on file.

You can perform the activity, only pre-requisite is the the given employee should have a Direct Deposit Payment Method associated with him.
So, when you perform Quickpay and Quickpay-Prepayment, it will take the Direct Deposit Payment Method.
Otherwise, if your payment method is blank for the employee, the Quickpay-Prepayment will take the default Payment Method defined in your Payroll (Generally this is Cheque or Cash)

What sort of visa card is it, debit or credit ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method - they are not listed on this page and there have been a number of posts recently about them being declined
If it's a credit card then is it registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, it was issued by a bank in your country and you are currently in that country ? Requirment: Need to add two new payment methods to an existing EDI interface to bank. As of now only USD EFT's are sent. With the new set up we need to be able to send CAD and USD checks and CAD EFT's to that particualr bank.
Scenario: The payment methods are all set up in the payment program. I need two separate variants on the program RFF0EDI1 thats triggers the EDI file. The trigger of the EDI after the payment run should have a different variant... but the message type ought to be the same.
Can some one please exlpain how I should go about setting this up. Thank you.

I figured out the way to do it myself, after poking around the system for hours together.
All I need to do was to make config changes in FI12- define the posting rules and the bank accounts the checks needs to be drawn against. Also adding the payment method "C" in the DME section of the FI12. Next check and see if the Idoc message types have been set to what was required by clicking on "EDI partner profile in the DME section. Also to have different varaints for the program RFF0EDI1 , I just had to goto SE38 select the program and create the new variant. For enabling EDI I had to do some config changes in FBZP- MAINTAIN PAYMENT PROGRAM CONFIGURATION: PAYMENT METHODS in country, Delete the entry made in the "Name of print data set" in the form print section and enter "RFF0EDI" under "Name of the print program" in the form data section. If anybody needs any other information , please let me know. Thanks everyone.

Why is the word and holiday Christmas no longer in the Firefox dictionary, and why did I have to add it myself?

When I typed in Christmas, it was underlined in red. Which means that it wasn't in the dictionary. When I right-clicked on it, there were no spelling suggestions and I had to add it to the dictionary myself. Christmas is a word and as far as I know, is in all of the paper dictionaries and probably in the encyclopedias. Christmas is also a Christian holiday, and these days has been turned into a pagan holiday, but most Americans celebrate Christmas. Why is it not automatically in the dictionary? Christ and Christian is in the dictionary but not Christmas. I'm confused, and I'm sure a whole lot of others are too. I know I am making a big deal out of what seems to be nothing, but I just thought that I would bring it to your attention.

Do you have a dictionary installed and selected?
You can see which dictionary is selected if you right-click in a text area and open the Languages submenu. 
At least one dictionary should be installed and have a check mark to indicate that it is selected.
*Open the "Add Dictionaries" link to install a dictionary if you do not have one.
*Make sure that [X] "Check Spelling" in the right-click context menu is check-marked.
You can enable or disable spell checking globally:

The issue you are facing is in the way Oracle built the database engine. Basically every table requires a full qualification, that is to use the schema and the table. For your convenience Oracle has a default 'current_schema' that is used as the default value when the schema is not provided.
TO confuse the situation even more, you are allowed to create synonyms that can translate to a fully qualified table (or more accurately fully qualified object).
So you will be required to fully qualify every table name unless they are in the current schema. But the qualification nay come from system or session defaults or through synonyms.
Knowing that 10gR2 Express Edition is a proper subset of 10gR2, if you go to the 10gR2 full documentation, you will find a Reference manual that includes session and system parameters (such as current_session) that you can use to manage your environment.
