i have ios7.2 on my iphone 4s i have not purchased anything from itunes since april and now i tried to purchase a movie but it said i had to awnser questions that were asked 2 years ago and it said that until i have the right awnser i will be locked out now im locked out of my account  but i made a new account now im locked out of my account with $50 i was wondering if you can transfer that money from my old account to my new account or tap into my account to find the awnsers?

    But if it is unused (redeemed 20 GC and it is still 20 on the account), you may request to have it underedeemed. You need to call the Account Security Team as you will need to verify the account info and also provide the redemption code for the caed.

    Hmm.  I just discovered that quite some time ago I set up a second account.  Don't remember why, but just realized that some songs from my old account wouldn't sync to my new IPad.  Managed to get them synced by entering the old account ID (thank goodness it came up as a default).  But am wondering if there's any way to move those songs to my current ID.  I'm suspecting based on your first sentence above Roger that I can't.  That would really suck.  I know the next time I have to go through this process I will have forgotten that I have two IDs.

    If you sync your phone to a computer that his account is authorised on then you could try buying it on his account and sync it to your phone - but it will be tied to his account, so only his account will be able to download any future updates to it.

    iTunes Store credit can't be spent on any sort of gift; you either need to have a credit card associated with the first account or ask the iTunes Store staff to put a gift card's balance back onto it, which they'll only do if none of it has been spent.

    You already bought 'em when you redeemed the card!   All you need to do now is pick out what you want.
    Just use the balance to buy some songs that you like.  Once they are downloaded, convert them to MP3/320 format (to remove the iTunes fingerprints), and...  enjoy the music!
