My daughter had her infomation on the computer for her Iphone 4 and had used my wifes name. When my wife hooked her phone up to load music. It quickly wiped most of her pictures and info off her phone. It does not appear when we hook the phone back up to the computer. Is there a way to get her info back?

You don't get your ringtones back if you didn't transferred your purchases to computer iTunes. Only for purchased music , apps, books that you can re-download for free.

How do you get a back of your site back online?

Hello,
I had to nuke and pave my computer to send it in for repair. I thought I backed up everything with Backup, but it looks like my sites in iWeb did not get backup up.
I went to my online Idisk and everything was there. I copied it to my desktop before I did the following:
1. Created a new page from iPhoto 06
2. In iWeb noticed that my other sites were not listed
3. Went to the iDisk and made a back up of the sites folder
4. Pressed publish
Result:
My main page was now the new one and my other site was not there.
I then put all the original files back in place and tried to go to my page.
Result:
Cannot find page.
How the heck do I get my original site back? iWeb should sync with the iDisk and bring all those pages back into iWeb for editing and updating. Does it?
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

~/Library/Application Support/iWeb has a folder named Doamin.sites and it is required to make edits to your previously published pages.
You can not edit existing pages without that file. iWeb can't import or open html files.

I have not sync with another computer. Brand new Ipod touch from christmas. same computer. I have however conected it to this computer before & because I was ingnorant it synced automatically with this same computer. I was ****** because it messed everything up. So I erased my ipod completlely and started over. I also un-installed itunes and started over with its as well. I then put only music that I wanted on my ipod onto my computer in itunes.
Now I cant figure out how to get that specific music on my ipod... this is all very maddening!!.. I feel like throughing both computer and ipod out my 2 story bedroom window

You should be able to import photos from iPOD. In the Photo Downloader, there are media filter toolbar buttons on the top of grid. Please un-press the video and audio button. Please see, you should be able to see your photos then.

If you have an iCloud backup, restore it to your phone as explained here: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph12521. If you have a backup on your computer instead, restore it to your phone by connecting your phone to your computer, opening iTunes and going to File>Devices>Restore from Backup.

I just bought the Apple iPad Air yesterday and I wanted to download a certain app from the app store. When it first opened it had a page come up over the apps with free apps that you could download to the iPad. I clicked on the not now button, thinking it would reappear after closing and re-opening the app store, but it did not. How do you get this back so that I can have the opportunity of checking the apps out?

3. Keynote

As long as the app remains in the store then you can re-download it via the Purchased tab in the App Store app, or via the Purchased Link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
Similarly ibooks can be re-downloaded, and depending upon what country that you are in then music, films and tv shows may also be re-downloadable (if they remain available in the store).

IF you set up find my ipod on the ipod itself BEFORE it was lost AND it is on AND it is connected to wi-fi, then you may be able to get an approximate street address using icloud.
Otherwise, there is no way to track it.

hi, the original playlists have all dissapeared from my iphone, i.e. recently added, recently played.... these are missing from the playlists on my iphone but they show up in my itunes library.

But I'm talking about going to the Music tab of your iTunes sync settings, unchecking Sync Music, syncing (which will delete all music and playlists off your phone, then re-checking Sync Music and syncing again (which willl sync it all back on).

IF you have successfully imported your pictures to your Mac http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 then it's safe to delete it from your phone.
If you want the pics back on your phone, just sync them back using itunes http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236
