You haven't told us what in icloud isn't working? Are you not gettings emails, can you not send emails, are your contacts not syncing - what?
Which version of OSX on your mac are you using?
Look in System preferences>icloud to see if you are connected (press the Accounts Details button).

You can set up a second ("secondary") iCloud account on your device by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud. Secondary accounts do have limitations. Only the primary account can be used for Photo Stream, Bookmarks, Documents, iCloud Backup and Find My Device. Push mail only works for the primary account; secondary account mail is fetch.

How do i set up an iCloud account to work with existing hotmail account

So i have iphone 4s and a macbook and i want the email address that i used to have sync via fetching the data manually to work with icloud, I made an icloud account so that i could do this but now that and the other email account are seperate so nothing ever syncs, how can i just add my hotmail account to icloud to make it sync to my iphone automatically?

There is no way to setup iCloud on a PC, it must be setup first on a compatible Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod touch.

Two iCloud accounts for work and home?

On my iPad2, I have a home email account and a work email account and work calendar. If I set up a second (work) user account on the family iMac, can I have two iCloud accounts to keep work and home separate? I would like to share pictures, home emails, etc with my wife's iPad and iPhone, but not share the work email and work calendar. Will I be able to have both iCloud accounts share with my iPhone 4s and iPad? For now, I am using a google calendar for work on the iPad2 and sync it to Google.

That's not a problem, you can create a second account from system preferences > mail, contacts and calendars, click on the small plus icon in the bottom left corner, choose iCloud from the list of options, click on the 'create Apple ID' button and follow the rest of the instructions.
Note however, a secondary account has all the features of a primary account apart from photos stream and Back to My Mac, only your primary account can use these features.

ICloud account stopped working in mail?

15 mins ago my Icloud account has stopped working in mail on my Mac. Have been using it for months with no issues yet suddenly it wont send or receive any mail even though i have not changed any settings? My account still works on my Macbook/Iphone & Ipad but not on my Mac.
I have tried reinstalling on my mail but everytime i get the same outcome?
It states the account is offline but then i ask it to go online but nothing!
It also says 'server "p02-imap.mail.me.com" on port 993 timed out?

Why did my icloud account stop working?

My iCloud email has been working fine with my iPhone 4s running IOS5 until recently. It recently started telling me that my password was not correct even though I had not changed anything.
I was thinking this may be because the account was entered as a @mac.com username, so I thought I might be able to fix this by changing it to the @icloud.com address, but it appears that that field is not editable.
So I then tried to add a new account with the same username, but at @icloud.com. It then complained that an account with the same username already existed (@mac.com).
Do I have to delete this account and then re-add it? Did Apple document this change that caused it to stop working? I'm wary of deleting accounts because I once lost all my contacts doing so.

Did you tried to use the "original" mail address that you use to create the Apple ID?
You can't have 2 iCloud Accounts in the same device.
You can delete the Account with safety by turning off categories (Contacts, Calendars etc.) one by one and choose "Keep on my iPhone" when you prompt. Then re-add your Account.

How to I get my already existing iCloud account to work on my Mac?

I have already created an icloud account on my iphone and ipad but just updated my Mac to now have icloud. I tried to set up the account on my Mac but when i put in the email i already created it says it is being used already. Do I have to create a new one or can I still used my old one? I want all three devices to be on the same page.

You must use the same ID for all 3.
Where are you trying to enter this email address?
And which version of OS X is this?

ICloud account not working -

not receiving emails, being kicked back to senders, who can help fix this? I think it's apples problem and they should be possible to reach to fix the problem.

Passwords for iCloud account not working on my phone or iPad

I want to use a different Apple ID on all my products. I can't however seem to change the email (Apple ID) associated with icloud on my phone or ipad. I have an old address that I want to update. However now none of the passwords that were associated with that old Apple ID are working now and I cant seem to change the ID at all? I want to use icloud, but don't want it associated with this old email. How can I change the ID associated with iCloud on my devices?

Photostream with not icloud account not working

I created an AppleID with my own e-mail address (not iCloud). Photostream is the only thing in the cloud that is not working. I cannot connect to the photostream. Has anyone an idea what could be the problem?

Do a reset, by holding the Home button together with Screen Lock. Only release when you see the Apple logo reappear.
Afterwards, as bizarre as it sounds, users reported that after using some of the control centre features (flashlight and camera) when the phone is locked, was the cause. IPhone 5 in iOS7 flashlight and camera not working You will see that several people have reported that opening up the camera app, toggling HDR on and off, flash on and off, seemed to have fixed it. I can't get onto my iCloud account... How do I get my contacts back??

So I had a working iCloud account that I had accessed online before, and have since dropped and smashed the screen of my iPhone 4. This stopped the entire left hand side of the screen working and I am getting a replacement on household insurance (as my warranty has expired). The exact same day as the screen broke (3 days ago) was the last time it backed up to iCloud, and I have since been unable to access the iCloud account, and can no longer back anything up to it either (although I can connect to my laptop and access photos etc). I've tried calling apple support but they want to charge me £25 for advice- and I'm a student. I have backed up to my laptop which appeared successful through itunes (though I have no idea where anything has backed up to), and all I want is my contacts. I tried the suggested route Computer\users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup\ but there is no AppData folder.
I cant even screenshot the contacts as if I go into one I'll be stuck on that!
Oh and it's not the connection- my mums iCloud account still works a treat from the same computer.

You can check iTunes to see if your backup is listed there. To do this on a PC, open iTunes and go to Edit>Preferences>Devices and look at the backups list. This will show the available backups to restore to.
With a little effort, you may also be able to use an app to back up your contacts using the right half of your screen. Download the app My Contacts Backup in iTunes, then sync it to your phone. If the app icon is place on the left side of your screen, using iTunes to move it to the right half of your screen so you can tap it. Then launch the app, and use it to back up your contacts as an attachment to an email (the backup button extends to the right half of the screen so you should still be able to tap it.) Send the email to yourself (you can address the email to yourself by tapping the "+" button and navigating to your contact). If you can manage to do this, you can later open the email on your replacement phone and tap the attachment to import the contacts back to your phone.
You may not be able to back up to iCloud because more damage was done to your phone when you dropped it than just the broken screen.
