It sounds like you are stuck at a screen asking you to accept the terms but the accept button is not there. I recommend restarting your phone, then try again:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

I downloaded the new software and had forgotten my password so had to ask for it.Now when I turn on my ipad it goes to the terms and conditions page but will not let me accept them and has a screen behind that that says create a password but I cannot get to that without accepting terms and conditions!!!! It had not turned off all the way....now that it has been off ALL the way and turned back on after a minute it let me pass.

My 4S will not allow me to accept the terms and conditions of I Cloud.
It is saying... Unable to connect to server..
Any suggestions???Same happened to me after updating to 7.0.3 . After several other attempts, I clicked on "Delete Account" in Settings>iCloud. This signed my iPhone out of iCloud. I then signed back in and the "Accept Terms and Conditions" prompt was gone and all returned to normal.

My iPhone 5 will not let me delete emails. I trash them and they look like they are deleted and then they will load back in. I cannot open my Keep Safe app after the last update. It said I needed more storage so I upgraded and it still will not load. It opens for a second and then goes to home page. FB is hit or miss if it will open and when it does it is really slow. Any suggestions?
Oh my gosh I had the EXACT same problem, and for ages I couldn't figure out how to fix it until today. Here's what I did:
First I went onto my computer, opened itunes, and un-installed tumblr, vine and kik. These were the apps I was having problems with (it said I had them on my phone but, like you, they didn't show).
Then I went to the itunes store, searched for each one, and it said I could update them so I did (just FYI: for tumblr a window popped up saying "please click ok to confirm you are 17 years or older", so I did that also)
When I went back to my phone and tried installing them again (still on my computer), it worked!
I hope this helps, because it was incredibly frustrating. Good luck! -

If it was jailbroken or hacked to unlock it before you upgraded, it is most likely bricked now.

Won't let me 'accept' terms and conditions...why?
I go to click 'accept' but it doesnt have any action. I can't click quit, I cant click accept. I have exited and I have tried this on more than one occassion. I have CS5.5 master collection and I'm trying to download the CS6 version now. Any advice?? Please and thank you very much!
In what software are you facing this problem? Does this issue occur in the Download Assistant or in the CS installer? Also let us know which operating system are you on.

Please can someone help, I am just trying to set up iCloud on my iPad. When I click on accept terms and conditions it says unable to connect to server? I have googled how to do this, forums suggest to open a find friends app, then try to reconnect. It still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Check this. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that the time zone setting is correct as well.

For the 2nd day my iPhone 5 will not let me download updates for apps. I've tried selecting each to click off wait, and have selected new updates indvidually instead of all together. Also have shut the phone down and have even deleting the apps completely and re-downloaded but to no avail. Each app continues to sit on my screen with the line below as if it is about to download but never does, and now any apps I've tried to updated will not let me use them.

My Iphone 4 will not let me send an email or reply to an email. The message states that it has put my email in my outbox and that my server does not allow for relaying. Can anyone help with this? I have read some other answers and nothing has worked Thanks
Your email provider has blocked the standard mail port 25 for sending emails and is requiring a different port. This is to avoid mail relays that use mail clients to send spam. You need to find the port that is used by your provider for sending outgoing mail. Then change the settings in your email account on your phone to match the port. You will also have to provide some security credentials for the account.
You can also try deleting the email account from your iphone, and the adding the email account back as this will many times set the correct port for sending emails.
You could also do a Google search on the the settings for your device with your email provider. That will provide you with the proper settings. -

I think Firefox engineers need to improve Firefox between now and the next up-date to make it adequate to handle all major websites. There aren't many websites used by as many people as yahoo. So why have Firefox engineers ignored this deficiency in Firefox? -

My iPhone 4s will not let me text to my brother's phone number. It keeps giving the message "Error Invalid Number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code." I have rebooted my phone; same problem. I checked the number; it is correct with area code and 7-digit number. I have no trouble texting anyone else in my contact list. The number is not blocked.
I'd head to an Apple Retail Store or contact AppleCare at 1-800-275-2273

That error message means that your email address is already associated with another Apple ID. It could be tied to GameCenter, iTunes Store, or another Apple ID.
