because my device was dead, i got a new one. and i want with my old account to download my purchased apps.
i go on device app store, purchased, but when i add my password i get a message that connection with itunes is not possible??
how to solve this problem?

Look at how many postings there are for the same error. thousands on google and more on here. We all have tried everything even seeking each others advice in forums. i have also never seen an answer from APPLE that will resolve the issue. i think they need to check their server settings, their product (itunes), and work directly with us to resolve the issue. if you post in the fourm then make sure you also summit feedback maybe this will let them know this is a HUGE and FUSTRATING problem. Again another wast of money.

THEN THE ISSUES CAME
We turned off our firewalls
opened every port
tried reinstalling
cleared our temp and dns cache a million times
setup new accounts to try again
spent probably a total of a month at one consecutive time trying to fix this issue.
Update a thousand times.
Ran that darn network diagnostic in itunes and windows
Bought new routers
Disabled, updated, uninstalled and reinstalled our drivers
Pinged, ran trace routs and everything to verify we connect to the server
But is it really still OUR problem to come up to a solution?
this is all in my own opinion.
But if anyone finally gets a resolution, maybe apple?, then let ALL these people on the web and in these forums have a real and truthful resolution and reason it is happening. -
Whilst connected to the internet (reading news and sending messages) I cannot upgrade my Ipad with an error message that my device is not connected to internet. Update server can not be reached?

I have read several complaints about Renault and the Z10. Some say the phone worked in 10.0 but not after an upgrade to 10.1. You'll also find Android users complaining: for instance, with the upgrade to 4.2 Jellybean, many Renault owners are having issues. I do not know which BT service Renault uses.

Here's an odd fix that worked for me.(After trying restarting AMDS and uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes* to no avail.)
I swapped my current USB cable from it's usual port to one of the front ones. That prompted iTunes to, instead of stare blankly back at me, to force up the error message indicating it recognized an iPhone in Recovery Mode.
This switches iTunes to the Restore from backup screen and gets you back on your way.
* For anyone having trouble with files being in use when they try to manually delete the 'Common Files\Apple' folder, it works if you go into Safe Mode. -

I can run the general "Update iTunes Match" from the menu but cannot add individual tracks by right-clicking (control-clicking) on them the way I usually do. Then I get the 4010 error message.

Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

About two days ago my shuffle started to send me an error message that it cannot connect with iTunes because it's not formated properly.

You've managed to permanently damage the phone. As gdgmacguy suggests, buy a new one. Preferably from a legitimate source.
