Every time I try to update apps the message comes up that my AppleID is disabled. This has been like this for over a month now. Does anyone know how to enable it again??

Does anyone know how to reset your security questions?? I loaded an itunes gift card on new ipod but when trying to make a purchase, itunes is asking us the incorrect security questions?! Another user had success doing the following:
I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
"done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

Tap the current Apple ID then click Sign Out.
Be aware. If you change the Apple ID and password, whatever content was purchased from the prior Apple ID will not be available on the iPhone. -
Does anyone know how to change your country location ? I am currently traveling and I need to make a purchase and do updates. My App Store tells me I need to switch to a US store to make purchases.
Unless you live in the country and have a credit card with a billing address in the country-you don't.

I should add that my issue was single finger forward/back swipe stopped working on the magic mouse in Firefox since Mavericks came along. I have been fighting this since I upgraded to Mavericks a few months ago. Thank you, tbirdvet. You have no idea how much easier you just made using my iMac again.

I managed to transfer the music from 1 pc to 1 other pc (it is played perfectly on the other PC (Windows 7- pc) by the newly downloaded and installed iTunes, version 10.6.1.7). But I didn’t fix the transfer of the meta data (for example the rating). Does anyone know how to use (or import) your old playlists, etc..(= meta data) on the other PC? So, short: how to migrate the meta data from one pc to an other pc?
It's a pity that it seems not to be possible to import on the new pc e.g. the ratings!!!
I don't want to start again with rating my (beautiful classical) music!

I was watching the downloads and restarting once they stopped as I allow multiple downloads at athe same timeIt sounds like you may have hidden it, in which case you should be able to unhide it : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases. (You can't turn off the hiding of items.)
But you should be keeping and maintaining a backup copy of all of your downloads and not relying on being able to redownload them - any item could be removed from the store by the rights-holders at any time, if they do then you won't be able to redownload them (nor will be able to do redownload items if you move countries). -

Hi I am trying to update my email address since I quit work and left my work email address behind. I now only have one email address, but an iphone and ipod classic and want both of them to use the same email address - but am having problems using the address for my iphone as it is already attached to the ipod classic. What ID do you want to change? To change your iTunes ID, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID. To change the ID for iMessage, do the same thing in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive. To change the ID for FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime. To change the ID for iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

Does anyone know how to enable/disable a dropdown menu in Forms at runtime?
Is there a way how to disable/enable dropdown menu for menus that have multiple sub levels in Oracle Forms? I am trying to use the set_menu_item_property function but this takes 'menu.item' format for the first argument. I am trying to enable/disable a menu item in the form of 'menu.item.subitem' and was not able to do it using this function. If anyone knows a different function or method, please reply. I have shown an example below.

I need to be able to host my podcast episodes on the server and iTunes is giving me the error that my episodes are on a server that does not support byte-rnage requests when I try to submnit the podcast feed the iTunes directory. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
I'm afraid you've fallen over a requirement that Apple has recently introduced. The iPhone plays podcasts by using 'byte-range requests', which means calling for part of the file at a time rather than the whole thing. Unfortunately some servers don't support this, and there were an increasing number of complaints that podcasts which worked elsewhwere weren't working on an iPhone.
So Apple are now making the ability to handle this a condition of submission. Evidently your server doesn't support this, so all you can do is to ask them whether they can implement it. If not, you will have to find another hosting service - ask about this before committing yourself, and if they say no, or don't know what it is, find another host. Note that if, as some people do, you are hosting the feed and the episodes on different servers, it is the server hosting the episodeswhich is in question.
If you would like to post the URL of one of your media files it may be possible to check your server - there is a test though I'm not sure it's 100% accurate. -

Real slow performance on 100mbit connection with WRT320N
