HT201272 Download and purchase problem

I pre ordered an album and I accidentally deleted it before I could download it. I still received the email saying it is ready for download but of course it doesn't work; it say that every items has been downloaded. I tried to download the album again. It doesn't ask for my information, in fact doesn't do anything. The album doesn't show it the "more>download" even though the picture from the album move toward the "more" section.
What can I do to get the album?

If you are on iOS 4, as your tagline suggests, then you can only update via your computer's iTunes (when you have iOS 5+ installed on a device then you will get a Settings > General > Software Update option allowing future updates to be done directly on it).
Connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and copy any purchases off the iPad to your computer via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases on iTunes 11). You may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's afpps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case. You can then force a backup of the iPad by right-clicking the iPad 'Device' on the left-hand side of iTunes and selecting 'Backup'.
Then start the update by selecting the iPad on the left-hand side of iTunes (on iTunes 11 you can enable the left-hand sidebar via option-command-S on a Mac, control-S on a PC), and on the Summary tab on the right-hand side clicking the Check For Updates button

I spent a whole day trying to get my hands on Captivate 7! I finally got it at a decent price from buy.com (Rakuten.com), which is an authorized Adobe Reseller. The product was fulfilled by a third party but it is genuine and I am very happy with the purchase. Hope this helps!

Trial download and purchase download the same?

Are the trail download and purchase download the same? I downloaded the trial and added my purchase serial numbers to activate. Are there any reasons for downloading the purchase download file? Are they the same? It's difficult to put this large file on disk. Is there an ISO version available?

Functionality wise, trial and retail version are identical. however, some products may not contain all content (templates, presets, plug-in) in the trial version due to third-party licensing restrictions. Depends on what product you actualyl mean and whether or not you would need those extras...

HT201272 Download past purchases

While downloading already purchased music on a MacBookPro7,1 in Yosemite 10.10 with iTunes 12.01.26 many songs got corrupted and could not be downloaded. Supposedly I could go to Store and Check for available downloads, but a pop-up tells me All purchases already downloaded. Heading over to iTunes Store and checking recent purchases, I find that many of the albums have Cloud-mark. However, clicking on these do not download the missing songs, and so far no action suggested by any Apple help-guide has provided any cure to the problem. It looks to me that iTunes store is broken and that it needs a fix. (I am located in Tokyo, Japan)

TRy to look in your icloud back up storage. I think that is disabled that why you cant see it after you reinstalling.from my beliefs Its automatically saved on other storage like the icloud back up storage. Just try to look. I hope it will help you.

HT201272 Downloading past purchases -- any help is appreciated

First off, I have read Apple's article on re-downloading past purchases, and it is not working out for me. I've logged into the ITunes Store, gone to Quick Links, selected Purchases, and can view what I've bought there. But, when I look at my music it is already listed as downloaded and does not offer me a chance to download it again.
The root problem is this: When I bought the handful of songs in question (just 15 out of my 750 total purchases), I failed to back them up immediately. Not a week later, the hard drive that the songs were stored on has stopped working altogether.
To further complicate things: I had two hard drives installed. The main hard drive (the one running Windows) was where ITunes was installed, and I had added all the songs from my library on the second, older drive without copying them over to the newer drive. Most had been previously backed up to external storage except for the aforementioned 15. So ITunes views them as having already been downloaded to this computer even though the part of the computer they were downloaded to is not longer working/active.
I've tried deleting the songs from my library -- technically they weren't there anyway at this point -- but they still did not appear as downloadable.
At this point I've considered repurchasing the songs, but I'd like to exhaust any other possibilities first. Any help you can provide is appreciated. Thank you in advance for looking at this and trying to help.

I would be very careful, I selected the upgrade photos and now I have a 200GB library file but no way to access the photos, it appears to be something to do with the 10.10.2 upgrade and the use of an external Thunderbolt drive to store my photos on, but I am nearing desperation in trying to get back my years of photos (last effective backup - despite having time machine turned on) - appears to be 2012.

Yosemite, iPhoto 9.6 upgrade, large photo library is not recognised.
But it is outrageous that a 'minor' upgrade that was not meant to be about iPhoto could have such drastic outcomes. It must be relating to the file service changes they were doing or the work they were preparing for the new photo app - either way, not happy!

I never thought that I would forget the fact that before downloading some software from Internet, I should disable my antivirus, firewall, anti spyware and cos.

Need help with a download and install problem with PS Elements-Elements opens but Premier has error popup

I purchased PS Elements and Premier Elements through Academic Superstore as a download on Aug. 8, 2014. I am installing on a MAC Book Pro 10.9.4, and have tried reinstalling 3 times. I also searched the error messages on support and could not find the error I am getting. Every time I am able to open the Elements file will open and work, but the Premier file has a window pop up that says: The Following disk images couldn't be opened: Image - PremiereElements_12_WWEFDJ.dmg Reason - image not recognized. Does anyone have a solution?

HT201272 Downloading already purchased songs/albums... PLEASE HELP!

Okay.... I need help pleeeeaaase! I've exhausted all efforts
I have purchased and downloaded songs/albums... overall experience is great, however, every now and then after the download has completed I only got part of the song (like min 40 seconds or a minute)! I have tried everything I can think of. What's irritating is that it doesn't happen all the time, so I don't think it's a conection or firewall issue. I just want to listen to my songs/slbums in it's entirty... bah, especially because it's paid for. Never had this issue when I was buying CD's LOL
So... How do I download already purchased items without paying for it again? I've tried to do it through iTunes but it says it's already downloaded. Now what?

HT201272 Downloading past purchases not appearing in my iTunes library

I have tried everything suggested from iTunes websites and discussion boards for getting my past purchases onto my library, nothing seems to work.
I signed in and out of iTunes, started my computer back up several times, tried downloading past purchases to no avail. Despite actually being able to dowanload my past purchases from the iTunes store, they dont show up in my iTunes library, and they then show up as "downloaded"!
Worst of all, they are not in any folder on my computer, neither in the iTunes folder or in my personal folders or even in the junk folder! I am lost and need help

DOWNLOAD and INSTALL problems

So that we may better diagnose DOWNLOAD problems, please provide the following information.
- Server name - download-west.oracle.com
- Filename - Disk1, Disk2, Disk3
- Date/Time - Saturday, Sunday, Monday - Aug. 3, 4, 5
- Browser + Version - Internet Explorer 6.0
- O/S + Version Windows2000 Server
- Error Msg - No Msg
After several attempts, finally I succeed to download the three files and to unzip them. But when I tried to run the installation program (the so-called Universal Installer) from
Disk1 directory, it did not run it died! I repeated the entire procedure several times (I wasted three days playing with this) with the same result. How can you explain me this issue and what can I do in order to get Oracle9i successfully downloaded and installed?

I'm having a similar problem except that instead of dying, I get an error message about an invalid staging area. I'm trying to install 9i on Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated!

I am trying to download and install Premiere Elements. It's been a huge hassle, but at last I've got to the stage where I get the message:

I downloaded the second (.exe) file and tried to execute it. I got the error message:
The file archive part of Adobe Premiere Elements 12 is missing. You need all parts in the same folder in order to extract Adobe Premiere Elements 12. Please download all parts.
What do I do now?

Thanks for the response. After I posted, I downloaded the two files again, saving both in a defined folder. I then ran the .exe file and it all seemed to work OK.
I appreciate your help. I also suggest that Adobe reviews the download mechanism - this was too difficult for ordinary users.

Driver Download and Installation Problem

We have had a Photosmart Plus B209am for a few years. We have frequently updated the driver. Seemed like every time Microsoft updated Windows 7, we had to reinstall our HP software. Recently we have been unable to print wirelessly again. We have downloaded the recommended driver, but when it trys to install we get the message "file not detected". We have attempted to install from the original disc but receive the same message. We now are using the printer with a USB cable connection. We have found this product to be a royal pain. Suggestions for getting it to work wirelessly again? Thank you for your time.
