I had to completely re-install my OS and lost all my data. A significant amount of my music and TV was purchased through iTunes. Is there a way to re-download this content without re-purchasing it???
It depends upon what country that you are in, and whether it's still in the store. What you can re-download will show under Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your Mac's iTunes. If you aren't in a country where music and/or films can be re-downloaded and you don't have a backup of your library then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Contact the iTunes Store customer support department through the form on their web page and explain the problem to them.
Or contact the record label so that they can work through their account with the iTunes Store. -
I can't download music to my zen mi
I bought my zen micro about month ago. After one week it set 4 gb removable disk and downloaded some data. And few days later my player stopped working, whenever I turned it on the display showed "rebuilding library" and it freezed like that. So I installed new firmware and everything seemed to be ok. But I cant download my music there. Whenever I try to do this it freezes after about gb of music. Display shows "docked" - and I cant do anything. The only solution is formatting of the disk and downloading music once again. But it takes too much time, and it's really annoying. But I don't know what else I can do. It happens on diffrent mp3's each time, so files are ok - I'm sure about it.
The worst is that I bought the player in the US, but I'm in poland now - so I'm not even able to return it. Before backing up my old iphone4 I traded it in for an iphone5. All of the apps I purchased had no problem downloading to my new phone from itunes with no charge, but I can't download music that I have already paid for that was not backed up w/out paying again. How can I get these songs to my new phone without having to buy them again?
Whether you can re-download music depends upon what country that you are in (and whether it remains in the store). If you don't have a Music section in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for re-downloading it, then do you not have you library on your computer's iTunes or on your backup of your downloads ? If not then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download

I've recently just bought a new iPhone and i am wanting to transfer all my music that i habe bought from my old one onto the new one. I've gone onto iTunes and tried to download them all again but it wont let me?
What happens when you try to redownload them ? What you can re-download (the types of content that you can redownload varies by country) will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPhone (and similarly for apps in the App Store app). If you still have your old phone then you should be able to copy your iTunes downloads from it over to your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases

All of my music is missing from iTunes since my last computer died and had to get a new one. How do I get that music back without having to pay for it again? I've read somewhere there is a "form to request to download iTunes purchases again", is this true?
Media should be included with the backup of the computer that all users should be creating on a regular basis as part of basic computer/data maintenance.
In the event that you do not have a backup (stop being lazy.... keep backups of YOUR data and other important files)
If you are in the US and running iTunes 10.3 or later, it is possible to redownload music via iCloud from purchased history.
If you are not in the US or for some reason cannot run iTunes 10.3 or later, contact iTunes customer support and ask very nicely for the opportunity to redownload the content. They are not required to provide this opportunity.
It is also possible to transfer content from an iDevice that was purchased via iTunes. On the new computer, sign into the iTunes account, authorize the computer, connect the device then select File > Transfer Purchases.
The simplest method of all is to transfer or copy the media (and other important files) from the old computer or the backup of the old computer. Typing "move itunes library" into the search bar here or into google will reveal step by step instructions on how to do this. -
My old computer destroyed the hard drive with all of my iTunes music. I have a new computer and I need to get Apple to let me download it all again. HELP!
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your comptuer for just such an occasion.

Why when playing downloaded music on my mac through my appletv (I have distributed audio so play it through speakers not actually on the television), which is sent wireless from mac to the apple tv, does the music sometimes skip like a scratched record or stop playing (in pause mode) altogether and won't start again when I hit play? I have full bars on the wireless icon. Anyone experience this?
Full bars don't tell the whole story. These issues usually stem from interference, use istumbler to verify

Can I download music again that I purchased earlier? My computer crashed, and I have a handful of purchased songs that hadn't been backed up yet.
If the above doesn't work, or if it isn't what you're looking for -
Once you log into your iTunes account, on the left, under 'STORE' should be a section called 'purchased'. If you click on that, a list of all your previous purchases appears. Under the list, in the bottom right, should be an option to 'Download Previous Purchases'.
This takes you to a link in the iTunes store, where you can navigate to various individual purchases and download them (Like you would a new song from the store, just minus the charge as you've already paid for them) or alternatively, there should be a button in the top right so you can download 'All' or those that are 'Not in my library'
