Go back to the App Store app and find the app you're having problems with. Then look in the description for the contact info for the developer. You might also find an email link within the settings of the app. Contact the developer to find out if they are working on this issue.

Hello, I use Free Music Download Pro by Alfadevs to get SOME of my music sometimes ill buy from apple but mostly this wonderful app... Only problem is Apple had to have a new stupid interface for iTunes on the computer so now everything is extremely confusing. My problem is that when I plug in my iPod and click on apps and I find the music app it doesnt show up my downloaded files so I can't extract the music I downloaded... This is really ******* me off and to tell the truth I am not an apple fan in the first place but anyone who can show me how to do this it would be an extreme amount of help

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.
To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions

My daughter has the App titled Free Music Download -
I want to know if anyone else knows if the app ties into the iTune account info?
we noticed that there are numerous iTunes charges that appear to correlate to her downloads from this App?
anyone have similiar experience or know anything about entering your iTunes account when setting up this App?

I don't see anything in the app that indicated that it has in-app purchasing, so I can only guess that the charges are coincidental, perhaps in-app purchases from another app. Sign into your daughter's iTunes Store account and look at her purchase history. That should tell you what the charges are for:

Congratulations on recently purchasing an iPhone! I have the iPhone myself and love it, so I am sure you will as well. In regards to downloading music on your device, the best way to complete this task is going to be going through iTunes or the Apple App store. The Apple App store should have several 3rd party applications you can download music and play on your device. In addition any music that you have saved in your iTunes library can be synced and transfered to youre device.

If I have downloaded the same app as you, I'd guess tapping the button called "Download All Pro - Click Here to Download" which is right at the top of the FAQ screen might be as good a guess as any.

When I went to the web site, it stated that a "redemption code" would be sent to me via email. It's been a day and I still have not received that email. When I went back to the web site again, it now stated :
"Our records show that you have redeemed your free song from Big Pond Music. Your redemption code has been sent to your registered email address."

I also experienced problems with the free downloads...
During the promotion last year, Creative actually promised free downloads (5 songs i think) but when I logged into the Soundbuzz site, they actually prompted me to enter a Voucher No. in order to redeem...
But there wasn't any Voucher No given to me.
Had emailed the Customer Svc, but all I got was just a general Thank you reply to my query...
Till now, I've not downloaded any single song...disappointed..
Hope Creative really does something about the support services...

i am working on a website for a indie label they want
visitors to be able to visit a music page (already designed with
Dreamweaver Mx) with a music player that allows users to hear a
sample of their music and click to download the mp3 for free. they
are trying to promote themselves and just get their music out
there. does anyone know of such a music player I can add to their
webpage with those features or how to create one? I know there are
plenty that one can click and pay but that is not what they want at
this time.

got the nokia xpress music 5310 last week and when I was on the mobile internet last night looking at music it said I could get some downloads free as i had recently got the phone, was an offer. you needed to put a code in - where would I get this code from?

Those were probably last week's free downloads and have been removed. You probably caught it in mid-removal. There's only one today, from Mainstay.
