HT201272 How do I download from itunes Lion and iPhoto to my imac which I have perviously installed

I have recently installed os Lion but I am not happy with the way it is operating and wish to reinstall it. I understand I can do a clean install by holding down the option key on start up and selecting the hidden drive. This leaves me with a problem of how to reinstall iphoto which I purchased at the same time but I am given no option to reinstall/download from the app store
any help please ?

If you purchased iPhoto from the Mac App Store, it will be available to re-download once the App Store application sees that iPhone is no longer installed on your system. Once you have Lion reinstalled, just log into the Mac App Store and go to the Purchases area and you'll be able to download iPhoto there.

You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

How do I Download from Itunes store using the Apple Lossless format?

I use my music on a home sterio and import locally from CD's to Windows using the Apple Lossless format only, to achieve the Highest quality sound. However, When I buy from Itunes store I can only get AAC format, which is low quality. How can I get Itunes to give me only Apple Lossless format?

I do agree with what i have been said. I am a musician, i think AAC is definitely medium-low quality. I bought this year lots of AAC 256 for Itunes. I have been surprised. SO many times i need to go to the equalizer to counter-balance the weakness of this file format.
I advise you to do the following. Import a CD using Apple LossLess and then import a CD using AAC 256. You will see a HUGE difference.
Now i start to buy CD again in order to get the music Quality. Then i import my CDs to Itunes using Apple LossLess (920Kbps). You will ear that on Snares and Rides. Bass will sound more natural. Bass, Medium, Sharp will more balance with each other. You will hear instruments with more clarity especially when there are a lot of instruments. Because of that, you will not need to raise up the volume.
But more than anything... you will gain VOLUME in your files.
In general over the internet all the online music stores including Itune doesn't provide HD quality. AAC 256 is not enough. A track bought over Itune Store should weight 30 megabytes, not 5. And then you would decide to compress it or not.

I clicked purchase all items in iTunes. When I go to the purchased music, the songs have "download error. retry later" in the iTunes iCloud? I tap on the arrow button and it will not resume download???? Any suggestions?

Apple is pretty much the only one who does not support other platforms and it will be their downfall in the future. I have bought a few hundred tracks (and one movie) from iTunes before the competition started to catch up. Their Cloud service just came into Finland but I've already moved on to others. I've also bought music from Spotify, Nokia Music and Xbox Music. I've been a subscriber of Nokia Music, Xbox Music and now Google Music. I'm also a Netflix subscriber and I have a local IPTV service that also provides movie rentals from various providers - and guess what, they also work on all platforms.
The reality is that today was the first time in a long long time that I've actually even bothered to open iTunes. Lack of platform support will destroy iTunes in the long run. Apple is starting to look like Microsoft once did. Today you can even get Office for almost every platform - even mobile devices.
Limited access and/or features is also one of the biggest reasons that turn people away from legit services. DRM protected music was the reason I had over 20,000 MP3s before it was removed from iTunes. When that happened I deleted all the old files and became a honest, paying customer.

I downloaded my purchased from the first one and now it is telling me I have to wait 90 days to download from a different account. What do I do?

There are albums i've purchased on iTunes and when i try to download to my macbook or play through apple tv it doesn't give me the option, it just says 'purchased'… I'm logged into my itunes account and all my devices are authorised. I'm new(ish) to Mac and haven't quite got to grips with trouble shooting just yet so it might me something obvious i'm missing...

TS3694 error -39 leads to error -50 when downloading from itunes store and the download will not resume

I download a TV Show from itunes and usually as soon as it begins, it tells me that my TV Show is ready to watch and I can choose to "Play TV Show Now" or "Watch Later." I choose Play TV Show Now. Then after about 20 seconds of watching, and error message comes up with the error code -39. The download stopped and when I resume, it will download for 5 more seconds but then I get another error message with the code -50. I click the Resume button and it won't resume no matter how many times I click it. So I have to go to Music, iTunes, iTunes Media, Downloads, and delete the folder with the name of the TV Show that wouldn't work. Then i open iTunes again and Check for Downloads and it starts over downloading.
The errors only occur when I start playing the TV Show while its downloading. Its fine if I let it download.
How do I fix the errors?

That's not the issue (waiting for the download to complete). The issue is that the download never ever completes. The Computer says "Hey, you can watch your show," but then just a few moments have downloaded, and you get a "-50" error.
The published solution for the -50 error is to navigate to the wack place that itunes has decided to store your download (if you can find it) and delete the partial file and try again.
I have "tried again" 5 times now. It's not working.

You cannot. Those will be DRM locked to Apple authorized products. Since you cannot authorize you non-Apple smart phone in iTunes, you cannot play iTunes DRM locked content on it.

Hmm, maybe, but no one I know does that. It is important to call them by their correct type. The amount of information they hold is drastically different. A Blu-ray disk, also exactly the same physical size, certainly is no CD or DVD. When I hand a disk to a client, I always call it what it is so they know what type of drive they need to access the data.
but how about if i have windows and i would like to make my computer(PC) boot both, so i can chose which one i start first
1) PC hardware (BIOS) can't be set to do that. You'd always have to enter the BIOS and then change the order of the boot drives it looks for on startup. There's no way I know of to choose on the fly.
2) As has been mentioned more than once already, it's illegal. OS X is licensed for use on Apple hardware only.
3) Yes, there are hacks out there that can work around some PC hardware to get OS X to install. None of them run worth a rat's rear end as there is nowhere to get the correct PC hardware drivers for OS X. Other than those someone tried to hack from an existing Windows driver. It isn't worth the time or effort to try and get OS X running on typical PC/Windows hardware.

My Imac has had a disk failure. Disk doesnt appear to be repairable. doesnt show up in diskutility run from setup cd.
Question is how can i take all my iphoto photos & vids., Itunes music of my iphone and put it back onto the Imac when i get my mac working again ?
