HT201272 How do I re-download album booklets?

I deleted my album booklets by accident. How can I get them back?

Unless you are in the US then you can't - films (and not all films) can currently only be re-downloaded in the US. Have you not got a backup copy of them on, for example, on an external drive ? If you have them on your iPad, then you should be able to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases.

What you can re-download will depend upon what country that you are in (music, films and/or tv shows can't be re-downloaded in all) and the type of item (audiobooks and ringtones are one-time only downloads) - the Purchased tabs in the iTunes and App Store apps, and in the ibookstore in the iBooks app, will show what you can re-download. If other items of the same type show there but a particular item doesn't (and it's still in the store) then you could check to see if anything is hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919

It's not currently possible to re-download audiobooks, you will need to re-sync them from your computer's iTunes. If you don't have them on your computer nor on a backup, then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they will grant you a re-download (though there is no guarantee that they will) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

  • HT201272 How do I re-download songs that didn't download correctly?

Some of my songs did not download completely, they stop with 1:14 left in the song. How do I re-download these songs?

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.

You can't. If you don't have them on your device nor in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or your backup of your downloads then if they are still in your country's store then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

How do I re-download past purchased Audiobooks back onto my iphone?

Audiobooks are one of the few items for which re-downloading is not available. You'll need to sync them again from iTunes on your computer.

Ringtones are currently a one-time only download from the store - do you not have copies of them in the Tones section of your computer's iTunes library or on your backup of your downloads ? If not, and if they are still in the store, then you could try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download

As always, it is your responsibility to back up your content.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer.  Have you failed to do this?
You get one download.  You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception

  • How to delete the Downloads album in Photos (iOS7)

    Good evening!
I'm writing here today to seek some help on an issue I have inside the Photos app on my iPhone 4 with iOS 7.0.4.
Some weeks ago I transfered/added some pictures to my iPhone from my Mac using iTunes. I had those pictures in a specific location where I had copied them from their specific locations. After syncing, the pictures came into my iPhone on a new "album" called Downloads. Here you can see a caption of said album in my iPhone's Photos app:
My problem is that I cannot eliminate those pictures, or the entire album, nor I can "de-syncronize" them from iTunes, since nothing appears there as if it was synced with my iPhone. The only thing I can do with those pictures is add them (copying them, of course) to a new album that I have to create (it doesn't even let me add them to the Camera Roll).
I honestly don't know what else to try, and I don't want to spend a lot of time with this ridiculous problem. Honestly, I think that after Steve Jobs passed away, Apple has started to screw things up very badly with things like that, let alone other major (and more visible) issues... Why is it so freaking hard to transfer photos to and from my Mac to my iPhone? Why can't I transfer some pictures that I needed for a specific evening and then simply erase them? Is it a bug on iOS? Am I missing something? Did I fail to pass the Masters Degree needed now to perform these kind of actions?
Honestly, Apple, I thought I'd never say this, but I'm strongly considering switching to an Android device! Failing on these basic things is simply UNACCEPTABLE!
I kindly ask for help to anyone that is experiencing (or has experienced) the same problem and found out a solution. I must say that I prefer a solution that doesn't require to reset to factory settings and restore from backups, since I'm reluctant to do any of that. Any other ideas or guidance will be much appreciated!
Thank you very much beforehand for your time!
    Best regards!

    Restart iPhoto for iOS.
Go to the Home screen and click on the Home button twice to display the row of recently used apps at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on iPhoto until it wiggles and displays a minus sign. Then tap anywhere on the screen above that bottom row to return the screen to normal.
Restart iPhoto and let the photo library rebuild. Is the edited photo still there?

  • HT201272 How to do cancel downloads that are in the process of being downloaded?

When I got iOS 7 all of my songs came back & I didn't want them. Since you can no longer slide to delete songs I went to settings & deleted all my songs. I went back to iTunes to download the songs that I really wanted. I started downloading them Sunday night & it is now Friday afternoon. The same 3 music videos have been trying to download since then. Nothing has happened to them, they still say "processing". How can I stop those downloads so I can download the rest of my songs? Thank you.

Turn on Airplane mode then reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)
When it comes back up leave Airplane mode on and see if you can delete them.

  • HT201272 How can I re-download in app purchases?  I made a purchase I had to restore my Ipad and now they are lost.

How can I reload or download again in app purchases?  I purchased in app upgrades in Amplitube.  I am not sure if it is relasted but right after that I noticed problems with my Ipad and restored the Ipad to factory settings.  Now the in-app purchaes are gone.  Any suggestions?

You'll can try to sign in with the ID they were purchased under in Settings > iTunes and App store and downlaod them. If not, you'll have to purchase them under the new ID.
