HT201272 how to delete an app from my account

how do I delete an app or a book tnat keeps coming back? I guess they are in my cloud account maybe?

It could be possible that iTunes is showing your iTunes in the Cloud purchases in your library. To get rid of (you can only hide them, not permanently remove them) purchases in iTunes in the Cloud, follow the instructions in the support document below. Hopefully it fixes this issue for you.

How can I delete an app from my account, not just from the iPad,  i want to delete some from "purchased apps", hopee you can help me

Rudegar is correct - you cannot remove the app permanently from your account. There has been much discussion about this on the ASC site and many users have concerns for many different reasons. As suggested send feedback to Apple.
But remember this - your account is a part of Apple's official and legal sales records. In the real world - you just cannot delete a record of sale - for accounting reasons and for legal reasons.

I want to know how to delete game apps from my macbook pro also can i trust any macbook cleaners or keepers? My mac seems to be running a bit off.

To delete any type of app you need to open the Finder window and highlight the app you want to delete by moving it to the trash. Empty the trash and it's gone. There are some Apple provided apps that cannot be deleted but you should not have any issue with the games.
As for cleaners, I personally don't use them but the 911 and Mackeeper are very popular and I hear work pretty well with Macs.

  • CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE AN APP FROM MY LG REVOLUTION?

CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DELETE AN APP FROM MY LG REVOLUTION?

That is going to depend on where the application is stored...
If it's Bloatware (e.g. Verizon Navigator, Bing, etc...) you will need Root permission on your phone to remove it.
If it's something you installed from the Google Play Store, then all you will need to do is open the Play store, select the Menu button, select "My Apps" and then open the app.  This should give you the "Uninstall" button.
    Hope this helps

  • How to delete TV shows from my account?

A friend downloaded FREE episodes of a TV show on my iPad using my iTunes account. I didn't pay much attention to it. After syncing my iPad and my iPhone I noticed one TV Show he downloaded that now is available to download to any device I sync on my computer. I would like to delete that purchase and after reading how to Report a Problem I tried the method, but since both episodes are free I couldn't get an option on the "Reason". So I would love to know how to delete that purchase from my account. Anybody has any idea? I already tried through iTunes >Account>Purchases>Report a Problem and cannot advance any further.
    Any help will be appreciatted.

There is currently no way to do this.

  • HT201322 On iPad how can I delete an app from iTunes account

Of the years I have downloaded numerous apps on my iPad and iPhone.  Now I want to remove them from my devise and iTunes. How can I do that on my iPad?

You can't currently permanently delete any item from your purchase history, you can delete an app from your iPad by pressing and holding an app, and you can select and delete them from the Apps part of your computer's iTunes so that they can't be synced back. Apart from that you can hide them as described on the page that you posted from so that they don't show in the Purchased tab for re-downloading (hiding doesn't currently work directly on devices that are on iOS 6, though it should work via a computer's iTunes)

  • Anyone know how to delete an App from itunes library?

    Hi All,
I have a number of Apps that I have tried to remove from my itunes account. These are just games that I no longer play or have never played.
First I tried selecting the App in itunes, then Edit/Delete then it will ask you if you want to remove file. Then I emptied the trash.
This did not work. Now every time an update is available for the previously deleted App it will download that update then try and re-download the full game.
Secondly I have tried going to "finder" and finding the file on the Mac HD. and then deleting the file/game this way.
This also did not work and again the game is try to re-download.
As you can imagine this is becoming quite annoying and is starting to clog up my downloads when I check for other updates.
    Can anyone help???
    Regards,
    Pete

Thanks but this didn't resolve a thing.

I have no problem deleting the app from my mobile device.
The problem comes when I delete it from itunes and form my iMac. I know that the Apps are stored in the "mobile application" folder on my Mac HD. But even when deleting the file from that location the App still re-downloads every time I check for updates in itunes app store.
No matter how many times I delete the file and no matter where I delete it from, It always downloads again.
I no longer want these apps why can't I delete them completely?

  • How to delete an app from the iPhone 5s registry?

I have an app which was from a third party vendor. I have deleted the app from the phone. However, when I reset the phone the icon reappears. When I press the icon it does nothing. I can remove it by deleting the icon. I want to permanently delete the icon. A friend of mine said I may have to go into the registry of the phone to do that. What is the best way to accomplish getting rid of the icon permanently?

This started with an iPhone 4s and jail broken. Back up was performed to transfer info to new iphone 5s and this came along with it... I had same problem on old iphone. I am looking for solution to remove it permanently.
Any other thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
Right there is your problem.  Per the term of use of this forum you can't get any help for a jailbroken phone.
YOu will have to look elsewhere.

  • How to delete Amazon app from my Z3

How do I delete the Amazon app from my Z3,seeing it is part of the Blackberry core experience. Amazon don't allow me control over access to my privacy, private and personal information on my mobile.

I believe you are on 10.3 OS,, unfortunately this app is integrated in core OS.. you can't uninstall it.. you have to downgrade to earlier version of OS to get rid of this (which is not possible if you are on 10.3.2 version), besides 10.3 fixed so many glitches.. if you are worried about personal info just don't log in to this app put it in a junk folder and forget about it. :-)
