Itunes downloaded but says that there is windows32 error and can't run it
Basically my question is stated in the subject- I downloaded it, and then there was no shortcut or anything. So I searched my C:\ and found the iTunes setup, which is what I downloaded. I double click and a window shows up saying error can't run on this windows or something like that- it also said windows32 error or something. It's the latest version of iTunes. I don't know what to do, but whatever is wrong with it is causing a lot of problems because I'd like to download my iTunes!

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
i can copy about 200 songs onto my IPod video then on itunes it says that there is an error. what can i do to resolve this? i have deleted everything on it more than once.. i need help please?
What is the error message? Have you tried adding content onto your iPod in smaller batches, say a couple of hundred songs or so? Does the error always appear at a particular song?

I just got an iPod 4th generation and Im trying to sync my iTunes songs and books from my dell laptop on to my iPod but it says I need iTunes 10.6.3. So I tryed to download it on the apple website but it keeps saying that there is an error. I have already tryed uninstalling all Apple Inc. programs on my laptop then trying to install iTunes again but that has had no success what so ever. I have started to get very frusterated with this . Hopefully someone can help. I would really appreciate it. Any suggestion?

When downloading the new 10.7 update for itunes, an error message saying that there is an error writing to file, verify that you have access to this file comes up... what is this??
That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -
I try to download an app, and it says that there is an error in the app , Ive tried to download other apps and i get the same error. can someone help?
You need to reinstall the App Store.
Use Lion Recovery to do that. -
When I click on the button to download the new IOS software, I get a message saying that all the items on my iTouch will be removed. Will I have to reload everything after updating the software? Because I had to have my hard drive wiped a while back, I have items on my iTouch that are not in my iTunes. Is there a way to copy everything on the iTouch into iTunes, if necessary, before I load the new software?
It is possible to transfer purchases from your iPod back into iTunes before updating the OS. If you had any CDs from your personal collection, these you have to put back into iTunes manually. Hope this helps you & good luck!

- Temporarily disable anti virus software if installed.
- Apps such as Little Snitch, Net Nanny, and Hands Off can prevent apps from downloading.
- Third party download managers can cause problems when downloading apps.
I see v10.7.4 in your profile but make absolutely sure that's correct because the minimum requirements for Pages is v10.7.4 according to the Pages Information panel at the App Store.
Click your Apple menu icon top left in your screen. From the drop down menu click About This Mac. -

hello i have a trouble with my i phone... i was trying to update a new software and at the end it says that there is some error and i cannot turn my i phone bak on all it shows is itunes logo in the midlle and usb cable with an arrow pointing at the logo. It does not magically appear in a new place. It will only be where you put it.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one. -
