I downloaded the app Awesome baby Names and 1 hour later when i wanted to reinstall it after a crash, i can find it anymore in my buyed apps or in the research. What happens?

If you are looking to rid the App from your "purchased" list, it cannot be removed...but you CAN hide it:
Open the App Store on your device
Tap on "Purchased" at on the bottom row
Find the App you want to hide
Tap/drag the App to the left where a "Hide" button will emerge
Tap the "Hide" button to hide the App
To UN-hide the hidden App, you need to do so under your account settings using iTunes on your syncing PC

It may be that you dragged just the Facetime Icon that was installed in your "Dock" into desktop. The actual Facetime Application probably is in your Applications folder. So look in your applications folder, and if it is there, try dragging it to your computer's "Dock" where it will leave an icon for easy access.

how can i make downloaded files visible or search for them?
i tried spotlight and osx search. nothing there.
i downloaded a couple of files with igetter 2.5 yesterday, and i can see that i downloaded them in its history. the history in igetter shows me exaxtly what i downloaded, but the file location is "file not found". i specified an empty folder at the desktop called "igetter" and watched him downloading the 1 or 2 GB. it took 2h to dl.
i didnt see anything in the download folder at the desktop and thought lets wait an hour, and watched igetter download all the files, each on after another.
what can i do now?
i can download again, but the disc space is occupied and it must
be somewhere yes? i wonder

What did you rent it on, a computer's iTunes or an iOS device ? If a computer's iTunes then it should have downloaded into the Movies part of your iTunes library (if you select that then is there a 'rentals' tab on it with that film in it ?) ; if you rented it on an iOS device then it should be in its Videos app.

Actual its not Photoshop menu (File > Edit > Presets > Preset Manager > Load)
It is menu Edit>Presets>Preset Manager... That should open the Preset manager dialog. You then need to use the pull-down menu and select tools. Then Click on Load. That should Open a Load file selection dialog. Where you should be able to select a *.TPL file and click Load.

Only with iOS5 or later you can update/upgrade directly from the iPod/iPhone.
When your version of iOS is lower than 5, you must connect to iTunes and then update.
It is best when you update iTunes to the latest version first.

Go into your account in the App Store, sign out, do a Reset [Hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons down together for 10 seconds or so (until the Apple logo appears) and then release. When the screen goes blank then power ON again in the normal way.], go back to the Apps Store, sign in and try again.

I just spent forever with this problem with verizon. did you try downloading from Verizon Tones? If you did and didn't get it resolved try this...
Go into verizon tones and press and hold the soft key (the recent apps key-used to be the menu options key on old phones) to the left of the home button. when you press and hold it, the menu options come up instead of the recent apps. Then press "downloads". I found my ringtone there under "pending"
