Hello I had a bunch of songs on my iPad and a friend told me I can re-download them onto my iPhone with the username I have and I did that and I was charged for them. I really wish I knew I would of been charged for this or else I would of had to wait until I can do so without being overdrawn in my bank account.

You can, but you need to click the "Purchased" section of the iTunes Store to see your previously purchased stuff (you'll see little "cloud" icons to indicate your just downloading, not repurchasing). If you're on your phone, you click "More" then "Purchased" and you'll see everything there.
You should contact Apple support. Using iTunes for the Mac or PC, go to the iTunes Store, click your account name to get to your account section, then you can look at your purchase history and "report a problem" for a specific purchase.

The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind. Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.

Why can't I download any apps to my iPad since the iPhone 5 release?

Every time I log in to download apps, it boots me out and tells me my session has expired.

I'm disappointed in Apple's inability to do the smart thing, and post a notice in the header of the site, this is a user-wide issue, you don't just hide the fact it's happening behind a server status page.

You can either connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Transfer Purchases. Or, depending on which country that you are in, you might be able to re-download it on your computer's iTunes and for future purchases be able to use automatic downloads.

How are you trying to accomplish this? You can't transfer media directly from one iDevice to another. You should be transferring your purchased items to your iTunes library on the computer you sync them with, then syncing them from there.
You should be able to re-download media from the iTunes store using the same Apple ID used to purchase it to begin with.

Did you buy them again?
You only buy one download, so if you downloaded them again you would have to pay again.

If you are willing to wait, Apple - OS X Mountain Lion - Inspired by iPad. Made for the Mac explains that a "Reminders" application will be included in the next release of OS X.

First, try a reset: hold down the home button along with the power button until you see the Apple, then let go.

I could not find an option to "report a problem".
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Depends what kind of application you are downloading... U can use 3rd party software such as docs to go (it covers most of common documents). Else you can use word, numbers, or keynote apps.
Just pressed and hold the attchment until a balloon appeared asking u whether u want to open in docs to go or quick look or u can swlect "open in" and it will give u other apps option.
If u use docs to go, Just edit the docs and send from it
For notes, i dont think u cant send it as attachment. However, you can just send it on emails. Just press the envelope button on the bottom of the note and it automatically put all the notes into the message in email
