All I want is to use my voucher and this is really annoying me I phoned your sercerity some time ago and answered there questions on the phone but the same questions on the iPad won't work I've been made to feel like a criminal it's a voucher not a bank account I had put voucher in before with no problems until this stupid question came up now I don't have there phone number I did phone someone but I think she had problems understanding English in not the criminal here I'm not the one holding my money you lot are

I have 2 issues that Apple has not been able to resolve, that are vexing me.
1) Somehow I have 2-3 apple IDs ... passwords etc. I have purchased 2 iPads, 2 -3 iPhones, a Macbook Pro, and a Mac Mini with Thunderbolt monitor. Somewhere in that process I might have created another Apple ID, not sure. When the confusion started, I went to an Apple store, and they suggested I create a new Apple ID, against my better judgement I did, which added to the confusion. Now, every time I need to sign in using my Apple ID for anything, I have no idea what user ID goes with what password. I have gone to Apple stores several time to try to get this situation cleared up and each time they try to get me to create yet another Apple ID. Now I won't do that anymore, but the original confusion remains. How can I wipe out all Apple IDs and just have one?
2) I have been trying to get a particular functionality/feature/capability added to my Mac system. Don't want to go into detail here because someone will steal my idea and make millions. I have posed this question to Mac personnel from Geniuses, to Business Teams -- no one can figure it out. How do I get this fabulous capability I have thought up to come to life so I can make millions?

Can someone please help me? I have been trying to get my phone activated since Saturday and Verizon keeps telling me that they cannot do it because their system is still was being updated or is down so to call in the morning becuase it should be up and running. Is anyone else having this same problem? I tried calling the for technical support all morning and it keeps giving a message that my request cannot be processed at this time. I recently bought an iphone3GS from USA and jail broke it. Since I heard the there are lots of disadvantages I thought to unlock it officially through the original owner (in copy). He assisted me and confirmed that he unlocked it with AT& T (See the attachment). According to the instructions I restored the phone. But it is not activating with “Activation server is currently not available, please try again or try with iTunes”
When I try with iTunes , it says “you haven’t inserted a SIM” even though I insert the original AT&T SIM.
My current location is Sri Lanka ,so don’t have any apple support.

I recently bought a new i phone 4 as my other one had seen beter days and for the last sevral days have been trying to transfer my photos ect from my old phone to my new one after I've plugged my old iPhone into iTunes to back it up i then plug in my one to transfer it over I've had no luck I've tryed restoring my new phone to the last time i backed up my old files the phone restores but always to its own backup point wen i first connected it to iTunes can anyone help me please?
Since this is the second computer you've had this problem with, I recommend you look for answers on the iPhone forum. My thinking is it is an iPhone issue rather than a computer issue (unless it is some software incompatibility).

You don't. Backup your itunes library on the old computer and move it to the new computer.

i have been trying to get my ibook g4 fixed from apple for 6 years now. my ram doesnt work and the logic board is f'd up aswell... i know 12 people that have had the same issue. 4 of them got there ibooks replaced. anyone know what to do? all 4 ibooks were replaced outside warranty, why wont apple help me...
Apple supports most of their computer products for a 7 year period, could be that your IBook is well past any kind of help.Secondly parts are no longer being made for this machine and never will be again. Finally I find it hard to believe that nothing has been done with this for 6 years.Have you documented the reasons why you were turned down for repairs ? were the replaced Ibooks within a couple of months of warranty expiration? What model is your IBook ? At least if we knew what the model #, some of the more techy types could find out if there were any repair programs for your model.
Seems odd that you'd hang on to a non-working IBook for that long. -
After using PS CS6 for well over a year, Bridge now will not open RAW images in Camera Raw, although Photoshop does. When I try to open them in Bridge, I receive a popup message that says that it "requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature." Obviously, I have done so hundreds of times since installing and activating CS6. What gives, and how do I fix it?
Things have now become significantly worse!
Now when I try to open anything from Bridge, or try to open PhotoShop at all, I receive a popup that gives me 2 options: 1) License PS CC, or 2) continue with my trial of PS CC.
So far as I know, I have not downloaded any trial of anything from Adobe in many months. In fact, I have no interest in PS CC. I wish simply to use PS CS6.
I have uninstalled my Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design Standard, of which my PS CS is a part, and reinstalled it but I still am blocked from using my properly licensed programs.
Please advise.

Hello, my brother and I have had Apple products for several moths or years and we have redemed a iTunes card that will not let us buy eny thing in the App Store or the iTunes store. So we could not figure eny thing out how can I make my iTunes account work again??????? I have a black screen and have been trying to get this fixed since 12:30 today!!
I have power of attorney and brought this to your "Corporate" store today, however, I was told it will take you 48 hours for someone to review my legal document for possible approval. I provided your store with all of our passwords and signed into our acct while at the store. Not good enough. My husband left yesterday for a deployment however, he did call earlier today to add me to our account.
I can hear text messages, phone calls and social media notifications but can't see them. I did have a rep call tech support who felt it was a backlight issue and needed repair since pushing all three buttons at the same time did nothing to fix the issue.It would have been better if he made you an account manager than actually having a PoA. With all legal document like that it'll take a few days to process and ensure they are legal documents. Once he has you set up as a account manager you can do everything except cancel lines I believe. You might not be able to add lines.

Try closing the App Store app (and iTunes if open) via the iPad's multitasking bar and see if it works when you re-open it : double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
You could also do a soft-reset (i.e. a reboot) : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear.
And try logging out and in via the Featured tab in the App Store app and see if that makes any difference.
