I can't get some of my songs that are in the cloud to download onto my itunes/ipod/ipad. Keeps giving me an error.
To remove the songs from your iPod, swipe your finger across the song and hit delete, just like deleting an e-mail in Mail.

I recently upgraded my ipod touch to IOS 5 and since it wiped my music clean I tried to first restore my purchases, but when I did all of them wouldn't play and when I plugged my ipod into the computer it shows that my music playlist is clear. So my question is, how do i delete these songs?

If they show as 'downloaded' in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes then are they listed in your iTunes library e.g. if they are music tracks are they shown in the Music section where you would normally click on them to play them ? If they are then iTunes is seeing them and assuming that you have them somewhere, even if you don't have the actual music (or film, TV programme etc) file on that computer - try deleting that entry from your library and they should get the cloud symbol against them in the Purchased link for re-downloading.

You can contact iTunes Customer Support on this issue. I had the same problem once & they were able to fix the problem for me. Contact them at [email protected] They will get back to you ASAP.

You will need to work out why they are ineligible, are they the wrong format, are the file sizes simply too large or is the data rate at which the audio was iencoded too low. -

Tap the cloud symbol with the down arrow next to the songs you want to download. You can also download an entire playlist by opening it, scrolling to the bottom and tapping Download All. You can download an entire album by tapping the album, then tapping the download symbol at the top of the song list. You can download an entire artist by doing the same thing after tapping the artist name.
To save on your data plan, do this while your connected to wifi (and your charger to save battery). -

Ive just updated my iPhone4 to the IOS5 software and i have lost all my apps? why? and how can i get them back?
When an iPhone updates, it wipes the whole device clean and then reinstalls the software and then the backup. Obviously you didn't create/couldn't create a backup either via iCloud or iTunes. You can get your apps back when you go to App Store>Updates>Purchased and download the apps you want.

You cannot.
You buy one and only one download of movies. it is your responsibility to backup your purchases.
Copy everything from your old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one. -
