Can someone help me, I keep getting charged 1.99 USD and dont know why. When I tried to look at my billing history the link does not work.
How are you trying to view your account's purchase history ? You can only view your full purchase history via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it, click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases. On an iOS device you can only see a cut-down version via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
Is that how you were trying to view it ?
If you keep being charged the same amount, and if at the same frequency, then do you have any auto-renewing subscriptions : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098 ?

I am trying to do an iCloud backup from my computer. I have been unable to do a backup from a wifi as I keep getting message that it cannot be completed. What is the secret to doing this from my computer, with my iphone plugged into same?
How are you trying to do it from your computer? Try plugging it into your charger while connected to wifi, then either lock the screen and wait (it should backup up ever 24 hours) or go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and tap Back Up Now.

Have tried to uninstall the Adobe Program but it will not let me. I keep getting the 1606 error message. I have went to the Microsoft Help site and it says that the registry may need to be modified. They also advised you that if you do not modify it correctly you may have very serious problems.

Some registry entry may have been corrupted, and it needs to be fixed. If you don't know how to edit the registry, do you have somebody who is confident enough to edit the Windows registry?
Anyway, for now I just want you to check something in the registry - don't modify anything yet!
Click Start | Run | type regedit [Enter]
Once the Registry Editor is open, drill down to the following subkey
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
In here you should see multiple entries, one being AppData - what is the data value on the right side? It should be %USERPROFILE%\Application Data.
Please close the registry editor now, and report back what you found. -

I have my child on the family Icloud, it's a shared payment method and I have it set up were he has to ask me to use it. There is no way he knows my password, so I don't understand how I keep getting charges that I never okayed there have now been up to $35.00 worth of charges. Before following the iPad Restore process make sure you have updated version of iTunes installed on your computer, to check that Open iTunes on your computer click on Help and then check for updates ( If there is any updates available then Install it ) and If you do not have iTunes Installed or if you want to directly update the version of your iTunes then Download and Install iTunes from here : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
1. Make sure your device (iPad) is unplugged (Disconnected) from your computer (this should be the computer that you use to sync your iPad or you can use any other computer with iTunes installed in it). You can leave the USB cable connected to your iPad though.
2. Turn off your iPad. Press and hold the power button on the top edge until a slider appears. Slide it from left to right to power off your device. If the slider doesn't appear (because your iOS device has frozen up) then hold the power and Home buttons down until the iPhone or iPad turns off.
3. Ensure your device has a decent amount of charge. Leave it plugged in to the mains for 10 minutes or so if you see the flat battery icon. (iPad low battery)
4. Hold down the Home button (the round button at the bottom of your iPad screen) and connect the other end of USB cable to the computer this should cause your iPhone or iPad to turn on. Keep holding the Home button until you see the iTunes and USB cable images on your iPad screen, then release the button.(iPad recovery mode)
5. In iTunes (launch the application if it isn't running on your Computer), you should see a message saying an iPad has been found in recovery mode.
6. Click OK and then click on Restore to bring your iPad to Factory settings -

At one time only Email IDs from Apple (when it was just @Mac.com) were referred to as "Apple IDs"
Other IDs such as to log in to Discussions were know as Discussion IDs
Things like the Online Store and iTunes and Apple realising that people would prefer one ID to have access to Everything tended to move things together.

I checked for waiting downloads in the iTunes App (purple icon) on device. Sure enough, there was a stuck download. Deleting that item (swipe to delete) seems to have gotten downloads working again and (hopefully) banished the message. -
