I purchased and downloaded movie to IPad and Iphone I then synced to my laptop, movie wont play because my system doesnt support HD. Is there away to change from hd and redownload in regular I go to purchased then it just says cannot play because of HD. And now since I purched in hd thats my choice! Any help please!! Right now Im ready to ditch movie!!!
You cannot change it. You bought the HD version.
If you wanted the SD version, that is what you should have purchased.

That is because they are not available for redownload in the U.K.

No; they can be put on data DVDs for backup and transport, but not video DVDs for playback outside of iTunes.

I am having problems downloading 2 purchased movies. Cars 2 & Toy Story. I had it on My iPad, then after a while the movies would not play. I went to the apple store and they deleted it and told me that all I need to do is download it again. I tried what they suggested at the apple store, but I am still not successful. It continues to tell me there is a download error. Please help! Need these movies for my 3 year old!User to user forum.

On your new iPhone tap Settings > Store.
Make sure Books is turned ON.

There are about 127 of my songs that say they cant sync with my computer cause they have a different account id that isnt authorized on my computer. The id/email it provides doesnt exsist and i cant get into to authorized my computer What can I do to change it so my songs can sync to my iphone? Please help?
